Also, here is my suggestion for what to watch after season 1: AoT in 9 minutes by Gigguk (I can drop you a link if that's easiest- just be careful about the floodgate of youtube suggestions when/after watching, you can be spoiled by video titles/thumbnails very easily) OVAs 4 and 5- No Regrets parts 1 and 2- Levi backstory Season 2 episode 1 OVA 1- Ilse's Notebook The rest of season 2 OVAs 2 and 3 are optional, but maybe worth checking out at some point, most reactors skip them or watch them later on- they both take place during the cadet training (the time between episodes 3 and 4 of season 1)- and episode 2 is a lot more comedic/light/exaggerated animation that is really atypical of this show, but still could be a fun watch (features Jean and Sasha) Others might disagree about watching OVA 1 after season 2 episode 1, and it's not that big of a deal if others insist that you watch it first (many are strict about watching in "release order"}, but it's apparently a trend and I kind of like when it's watched there (and really most of the OVAs could be watched whenever- no spoilers- except OVAs 6, 7, and 8- there are season 2 spoilers)

You did well calling some things- Eren’s tooth growing back, his needing a goal/specific objective to transform, and the female Titan calling for backup (if you can call it that, they did devour her lol)- better than a lot of the reactors out there at this point in the story imo- but it is more fun when they don’t guess too many things right haha

The thing is though, guessing a twist is kinda like rewatching a show you've seen before. The second time through a series, you can see the foreshadowing and cause and effects very clearly because you know what's coming. That's why the best shows are only truly appreciated the second time though. But we never see a reactor rewatch a show. So if they guess the twist, they're able to appreciate the foreshadowing and cause and effects while we watch. For instance, I correctly guessed a major character death in Sopranos so I was able to appreciate the way the other characters were setting her up to die while it was happening. That made for an excellent viewing experience ... for me a better viewing experience than 3 seconds of OH MY GOD.
