patreon discord (Patreon)

I guess the patreon bot already invited most people to the server, but I had been thinking of a discord for patrons for a bit and decided to finally open one.

Not really expecting it to be super active or anything, but at least I thought it'd be handy to have one place where I would post both my sfw and nsfw content, maybe it's easier to submit poll entries there, chat and share art, etc.
