Sketch - Banjo Rework 1st Draft (Patreon)

I've been reworking his design in my spare time to be simpler, easier to draw, and more 'graphic' (in design, not like, nsfw content kinda graphic) than overly detailed. 

Collar redesign as well. The big belt collar thing was.. ok, but I wanted something that looked a bit nicer, more arcane, and was cooler looking than "big brown santa belt on neck" lol

I think the 'small' or rather the 'default' version of him will be about here, build-wise, but can get smaller if those chains are pulled on, or (of course) bigger if the collar's loosened.

Other changes include dropping the darkest black/grey color from his palette and replacing it with a dark brown fleshtone for pawpads/around the nose/lips/etc. Also shifted the eyes to a teal/blue color to better match his nose. Yellow/brown is something i use for my own personal character, and I'd rather them not be identical. Piercings reduced/simplified, same with dick/junk color, and I've made him overall a bit fuzzier. Extra fuzzy alt included! On the fence about where I want him to sit in that regard.

I'll probably work thru and do a final draft of this kinda thing for next month's image!
