Two ideas here.

Option 1: I'll make several alt versions, and sell one copy of each alt. All of the alts get made, and everyone gets a unique piece of artwork with regards to BOTH characters (not just their own).

Option 2: I make several alt versions, and each buyer can choose which alt they want, or buy multiples. This means there's a chance that some alts get done a few times, some people might get several alts, and some of the alts might not get bought at all, but allows the buyers to pick exactly what they want.
