I think I might've seen this type of thing on loverslab, since they have some wild stuff on there. It would be interesting to see how you would take it on

Yes, but I want to implement it exclusively as an item of clothing. Perhaps for a characteristic character associated with an informal look. =)

Hmmm well the heels with the pace piercings going up the back of her legs could be a standard heel item. I don't how you'd do the back though unless you added more to the clothing. DAZ3D maybe for additional clothing ideas?

Yes. DAZ3D can be used as a base for ideas. But I think most of the clothes from there have a modern look. Although the same stockings, underwear and high heels fit well in Skyrim.
