Please PLEASE do the rest of their unreleased tracks. I agree it's a bit of a grey area, but I also think you've got the right idea about the commercialization aspect. This is your own private community. You're not blasting it all over YT or anything, you're discussing it with people who are (generally) already fans and probably already have the leaks downloaded. In the grand scheme of things, with the number of people passing leaks around on Twttr alone, the negative impact of privately discussing the tracks is negligible to non-existent.

I never really thought about the ethics of listening to unreleased tracks. I appreciate that you aren't trying to monetize it by keeping it here on Patreon. I agree with you that 1D isn't around and isn't likely to come back any time soon, and wouldn't go back to old songs. I would recommend Where We Are to react to. It's pretty solidly produced and that whole tour was named after it, even though the song didn't make the album.
