 I love Halloween! All the spooky fun, and all that trick or treating! I don't care how old you are, there's still time to have fun!

Loupio, however, doesn't seem to think so; dumping a cigar into my bag with a smirk and a "Grow up, kid" seems to be HIS idea of a treat.
