The process is a slow and thorough one - with their own collection of scent sniffers and private tasters, they hunt down the people who would be most suited to infuse their brews! Pumping said "Chosen Ones" to immobility and leaving them in the cellar for up to five years, the tastes they naturally exude are gradually infused into the drink for a completely unique taste sensation! Once prepared, they are then sold off to the highest bidding bars around, ready for rolling in place, tapping and serving their beverage to the customers!
Once a keg has been emptied, the dazed and drunken creature can also be returned to the Brewery for a 10% return on the bar's payment - soon to be filled up with a brand new drink and rolled back into the cellar!
