Protein Cookie Recipe (Patreon)

If you're interested, here's the recipe for the cookies we made on the live stream! Honestly, they weren't bad! And that's good enough for me!
6 tbsp vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp oats
4 tbsp pb
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
¼ cup chocolate chips
1-2 tbsp Valentine’s m&ms
Pre-heat oven to 350F and line a small baking sheet with parchment.
Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips and m&ms to a large mixing bowl. Mix together with a fork until a thick batter forms and all ingredients are fully incorporated.
The batter will resemble traditional cookie dough, but may be a touch stickier depending on the type of protein powder you’re using.
Fold in chocolate chips and m&ms. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough into two large cookies. The cookies will spread a bit when baking, but I like to smoosh them down just a bit with my hand. Be sure to leave room in between so they don’t bake into each other.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cookie is set & golden brown. If the cookie isn’t quite set when you remove it from the oven, instead of baking longer than 12 minutes, place it in the fridge for 5 minutes, this will help it set.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 3 days.
