Happy Sunday, Patrons! How is everyone doing? I'm doing well. My family has picked up our NCAA March Madness brackets again, so I've been spending a lot of my free time watching college basketball and screaming at teens to "MAKE POINTS!" so I can beat my brothers in a competition I normally give absolutely zero shits about. What fun! TBH, it's really fun...but I do wish they would let the players jazz up their uniforms a little bit just to give us a real show.

*athletic sigh* I guess I'll have to stick to a sport that gives me just that...DRAG RACE.

This week's episode is Pop! Goes the Queens! It's a branding challenge! Doesn't that sound SEXY??? Let's get into this episode!

We start where we left off...Olivia squeezed out a questionable win against Denali and celebrates with some even more questionable cleaning skills. I love that she hardly tries to wipe the mirror and then just leaves the mess for someone else to clean up. Ohhhhh the metaphors that could be drawn!

Utica let's us know she's ready to "put the metal to the ....metal and just clink clank to the top!" If she doesn't make that into a catchy club bop with weird cartoon sound effects in the background she's missing a golden opportunity! But Utica is the best at missing opportunities so ... oh I'm spicy today! The march madness has really brought out the competitive jock in me!

Then we have Kandy calling out suspicions on Olivia for being so "calm, cool and COLLECTIVE" after most the girls said they'd send her home. And we can all trust Kandy's suspicions because the next day in the werkroom she announces that Tina won twenty five thousand dollars. Incredible. Also the Tina/Rosé shade brigade is building and I don't know if it's sexual tension or just emotional gas? Either way, anyone else think Tina is, like, kinda obsessed with Rosé?

Good thing is Ru might be able to help them get to the bottom of their psychological stress because he saunters into the werkroom in like a walking rorschach test. Big fan of that ink blot suit situation. The mini challenge is Are You Smarter Than The Pit Crew and I actually think this is a solid mini challenge! It's better than dressing up in droopy diapers for sure! It's fun, competitive, gives a little history of the show, you can play along at home, you can watch Utica miss another opportunity lol...I wish they had more mini challenges like this!  Plus Kandy's thinking face kills me every time.

On to the maxi challenge! The queens have to create and market their own soft drinks! It sounds a little boring, but I really love the branding challenges. They aren't as flashy as other challenges but, to me, they're the great equalizer that showcases their creativity and marketing abilities. And that's such a HUUUUUGE part of successful drag. These queens usually go on to make their own web series/merch/music/empires so the sooner they can get to the core of their characters and sell it to the world, the more successful they'll be. And building on the last challenge it forces them to condense who they think they are to the audience. Speaking of condense...why was there so much milk in this soda challenge!?

Let's see what we got. Tina is doing...surprise, surprise... a drink with a burning theme, and I am...not surprised, not surprised. Rose says she's making a hangover cure that also helps you focus and makes you feel beautiful...which made me think she was gonna walk on set with a giant bottle of Adderall. Utica wants to be able to lick her can because it's "unsanitary and fun". Cut to me, still quarantining because of a global pandemic, triggered. And Mik's drink is confusing but sexy...which is how I describe her approach to every challenge.

They film their commercials and here are my thoughts:

-Tina calling action for herself every take was the best part of her commercial and I wish they kept that in

-I already love Rosé but I loved her more after that burp-on-demand...I really saw myself in that moment

-Olivia has her tiny purse back but I think she needs a bigger prop to lean on

-Symone can do no wrong and they love her so it's just hers to lose...also those pleather thong/pants combo!? WOW

-Utica does the most and makes the least sense... but I hope Clara gets some residuals

-I could watch Kandy scrambling to get her scenes set up in a skin tight leopard print body suit for hours

-Mik is struggling but looks gorg doing it and the phrase "I think we got the farts!" should have been the drink's tagline

-Everyone is licking and spitting and spilling and I GUESS ALL COVID RESTRICTIONS ARE GONE LOL

It's Elimination Day!

Tina is still burning for Rosé and she should get that checked out. On a completely different note, Kandy's story of being attacked when she was younger culminating in their deeper acknowledgment of them being safe among each other was incredibly touching.

It's always a bit of a shock when an incredibly sincere moment is immediately followed up with a BEAST COUTURE runway. But here we go:

-Utica: Maleficent goes to theater camp

-Kandy: It's very Monster's Inc....but the government should audit that company because what the hell is going on there

-Tina: Honestly this was my favorite look she's done yet...it was like a bunch of Furries had an orgy in a Build-A-Bear workshop

-Symone: I loved it, but it just a full mascot costume? Don't get me wrong it was incredible (and sexually made me very confused)...but didn't Michelle clock Denali for being in a diner "costume" previously?

-Mik: It took me a second to understand what I was looking at...and maybe I still don't fully understand, but I liked it! It was like a super sexy cereal mascot reject! And THAT MAKEUP UGHHHH SO GOOD

-Olivia: Another Monster's Inc situation ...I haven't looked at the internet's reaction yet but there HAVE TO be Kandy/Olivia monster's inc memes, right???

-Rosé: This gave me high class Jersey Devil vibes and I LOVED IT! How do you wipe with those nails?!

Okay, then we get to their commercials. Utica's was unfocused and uncomfortable, Kandy's stupid spacey sequence got me good, Tina's was ... Tina's, Symone can do no wrong because "Everybody's got a sweet toof!", Mik's allllllmost made sense, Olivia's was actually better than I expected and Rosé NAILED it (literally and metaphorically).

Symone wins and who's shocked? Not me. The judges clearly adore her and for good reason. BUT before I could even finish complaining that Rosé should have won... it turns out she ALSO WON! Rosaid all day! To my surprise Kandy is safe and Mik's runway lewk gives her the bump above Tina and Utica who land in the bottom. In this moment I think I clutched my invisible pearls and whispered ohhh what an interesting matchup.

And INTERESTING it was. Tina goes full Gritty with the running man, belly bumps and a running slide while Utica...licks herself. At least she was on brand? In the end Tina sashays and Utica shantays (to the clear dismay of Michelle which makes me lol).

Though it did seem like it was Tina's turn to go, some of the judging still feels a little off to me. The crown is clearly Symone's to lose but I LOVE the momentum Rosé is making for herself. If she shotguns a coupld more Roseaids she could really give Symone and her sweet toof a run for her money. The judges can't make heads or tails of Utica, and it doesn't seem like she can either. And they're clearly keeping Kandy for as long as they can because they know she's a fan favorite. Olivia is still slipping and I think her inexperience is starting to work against her. At this point my top three are Symone, Rosé and Mik... unless Utica and Olivia have  incredible break throughs next week ... but I don't know if I see that happening.

Okay, I gotta get back to screaming at some teens, but let me know your thoughts!!! And enjoy the little bit of weekend that you have left! ❤️G

Who me? Like this? In front of all these people? Well ok, if you insist. WELCOME BACK TO ANOTHER JARED TALK! It's Week 11 of drag race murica. If this was jewish culture, this episode is 2 episodes away from getting Bar Mitzvah'ed! L'Chiam! But I love the branding/ad episodes. They are always so fun and give us some iconic moments. Heidi Hydrates, Bob's Campaign Commercial, Delusion by Jinkx, Katya's Krisis Kontrol, Alaska Thunderfun's Fashion Tape, BAM!, Alyssa's Secret, Red for Filth, and more! On that note (Eb for those of you wondering), LET'S GET ON WITH THE SHORTEST JARED TALK I'VE EVER WRITTEN! We start off with the "Last Week on RuPaul's drag race," where DENALI DIDN'T EVEN GET NEGATIVE CRITIQUES AND STILL WENT HOME! I'm sorry, I'll keep it together. I guess I'm still not over it. Anyways, we go to the werkroom where Olivia is trying to convince us that she isn't the divalicious diva that we all know she is. First she can't clean the mirror and then she says she's not mad, and maybe that's true, but if 6 people said "I think you did a bad job, and you deserve to go home," I'd be annoyed! I think she's just like, "y'all had to say someone," and understands it's a reality show, which is something we don't often see. "It's a new day in the workroom and everybody hates me" (Lemon CDR S1) and we find out that Kandy doesn't understand math or punctuation. We then get RuMail and Kandy thinks that they are going to make the girls go get a real job...I couldn't tell if that's what she actually thought or if she was trying to make a joke...probs the latter. Hold on, imma say a quick prayer to God (who still isn't a bitch according to LaLa and LaLa only) for Kandy who is about to have to do math. Dear God, please use food for the math question, but also make it an innuendo to dicks and have the straight pit crew member ask the question, Hi Bryce. Also can I get some fried chicken please? Amen. Have a blessed day. #JesusIsABiscuit #BlessedAndHighlyFlavored. The mini challenge is Are You Smarter than the Pit Crew and the fabulous, the radiant, the magnificent, the incredible Winter Green made a reappearance and I couldn't be happier. I often rewatch the Season 9 Makeover Challenge because Sarge cracks me up. And the winner is...Kandy! Who gets $2500 for answering 3 questions correctly, and the winner of DRUK gets nothing (I'm not going to say who won in case someone hasn't watched it yet. next week imma say it). We find out that for the maxi challenge, the girls have to create soft drink ads. Now, before we go on, I have a few questions for the production crew on Drag Race. 1. Are y'all not giving these girls some pencils to come up with their ideas? Gottmik's story board looked like one of those boards a detective has, with all the red lines, trying to trace the events that happened in a crime. 2. Where is Kandy getting all of these lollipops from? She didn't have this the entire time, unless I just didn't notice it. 3. Are y'all giving Alyssa Edwards some royalties? BeastEnders and now Beast Couture on the runway. Anyways, LET'S JUMP TO THE RUNWAY AND THE COMMERCIALS! Category is GIVE ALYSSA EDWARDS SOME DAMN ROYALTIES couture! :) Runways: Utica: I really like it. I wish the horns were bigger. It fits the assignment, but wasn't anything ground breaking, but I thought she looked really good! and those white contacts, just so good 🤌🏻 I mean, after all it was Beast Couture, not just beast or a beast pun. Kandy: IDK what im looking at. So it fits the assignment perfectly? But looking at the garment compared to the rest, it stands out bc it's weird, not because it's a good garment. It's a latex suit with fur where the titties and coochie are, with a weird alien hanging around her. I saw a meme on twitter that said, "remember Mike and Sully from Monsters Inc.? This is them now" and I fully lost it. Tina: VERY unexpected for Tina. I liked it. The make-up just isn't that good, specifically the lashes. Symone: I LIVEEEEEEEED. I thought it was so clever. Take beast but make it glamour and almost sexy? I felt like this would be a character I see in Zootopia or something I would see at a furry convention. Gottmik: I think this is a beautiful garment. I wish she had different colored contacts in, but that's my only critique. I love the way that she plays with dimension because she was able to have a full face silhouette, while still looking fashionable and glamorous and having an incredible shape. Olivia: This would be Mike and Sully's love child. TELL ME I'M WRONG. I liked this look, very yeti realness. Again, wasn't something ground breaking, but I liked it. She was going for the uwu side of beast where I think the judges were hoping/expecting the scarier side, or in Symone's situation the sexual side. Rosé: I LOVED THIS!! The stoning was so intricate and it was so pretty. Those nails are longer than my attention span. It's just such a good look. This was a great week for Rosé. Commercials: Utica: Utican someone please explain to me what I just watched? It was very Utica, but it seemed all over the place. I didn't get why the farmer was feeding it to the cow and Utica was suckling the utters. I still don't know what flavor it was. I didn't understand why she could lick it, making the product not COVID safe! I love Utica and all her ideas, I think that she just missed the assignment, and rather did extra credit when it wasn't asked. Kandy Muse: Alt title of her drink: Kokaine. I was laughing the entire time, I thought it was clever and she had some good jokes/references in there. "Cheers to being skinny!!!" made me throughly laugh. She had her VIP reference. I bet she probably wanted to call it "Special K" and then the producers were like "that's an actual brand," but nonetheless I enjoyed her commercial. Tina Burner: I was uncomfortably laughing for the first half. The same thing that happened to Utica happened to Tina. Tina had so many ideas and witty puns that she wanted to include, but it didn't make sense in her commercial. She said "Hell Yes," like 3 times, but she only said "Burning Up," the name of her product, once and it went right over my head. It's a no from me, dogg. Tina also has the opposite problem of what Olivia has. Tina has such a distinct brand, and because Tina has been in the game for so long and is a night life legend, it's hard for her to break away from what people already know her as. Symone: I LOVED THIS!!!!! I was laughing so hard from the start. We've gotten Flag Factr'y, De-Bor-Ah, and now Sweet Toof. When Symone puts some of that Arkansas twang into her voice, you can't not smile when she says something. She has such a natural charm and charisma to her. I loved the "buy 2, get a gold toof free, because you're gonna need it." It's 1. a hilarious line and 2. so clever because no one else has done that. I would buy this product. Gottmik: Gottsex doesn't always sell and this was one of those moments. I think Gottmik was trying to go for a Delusion by Jinkx Monsoon type of moment, and it kinda worked at certain moments. I was laughing at first, but I kinda slowly stopped because it became weird and uncomfortable and I gottconfused, but the second time she fell onto the ground with that table and made those sex noises while holding up her drink, I laughed so hard, and then I stopped laughing again. The product name was too long I do agree. Like I was expecting her to call it Gorge Guice (pronounced juice) or something along those line. Olivia Lux: Very middle of the road. I think this fit her branding better, but it wasn't one of the best commericals. I'm very happy she had the little purse though and that big quaffed hair. I did love seeing her prance around on the green screen set though. I want to see if someone uploaded that onto YouTube and then just green screen random backgrounds onto it. That was so funny. When Ross said, "you always look so happy," during the critiques/filming, I said out loud, "could not be me." I have such bad RBF that Olivia is the completely opposite of me. Rosé: I'm gonna need some RoseAid to clean this wound because she freaking murdered it. I love self-deprecating humor and this commercial really spoke to me. She was taking her flaws and her critiques from the judges and used it to her advantage to create the perfect commercial! She basically made fun of Michelle Visage and that's the best kind of commercial. Also the Jan facecrack robe was so iconic, everything about this had me confident that she would win. We find out that the winners are Symone and Rosé!!! I think it is very well deserved and I'm happy for both of them! In the bottom we have Utica and Tina and I agree that both of them deserve to be in the bottom. So Utica and Tina have to lip sync to My Humps and Tina lost the lip sync? I don't know how much I agree with that. This was a hard lip sync to judge bc Tina did the song as you would expect it, but Utica did the song as Utica and I thought it was funny and she had some good moments. But for me, Tina edged out Utica because Tina had me entertained the whole time. Utica picked up speed at the end of the song, but I wanted the cameras to go back to Tina. Ok so conspiracy time, I kinda think that production got rid of Tina to make it easier for Utica to go home next week. With the challenge being a roast next week, Tina would have slayed this. If you have not watched her do some birthday roast sets on YouTube, I highly recommend going to watch it. Utica isn't known as a comedy queen and, based on the reading challenge that she didn't do that well in, I think they knew there was a higher chance of failure with Utica next week. If Tina did well next week, it possibly could screw up who production wants to be in the top 4. (i can elaborate more if y'all want). Of course this is all speculative, because Utica did have good moments in the lip sync, but the girls in the back kinda seemed convinced that Utica would sashay away. I am SO EXCITED for next week's challenge and I can't wait to see Valentina, Nina West and Heidi get roasted for being too nice. Or see Nina West and Heidi get roasted for being too nice and Valentina get roasted for being fan favorite. Have an amazing week! P.S. I pre-write these instead of doing my hw. I'm not that fast at typing LOL

I kept picturing you doing an imitation of Utica’s witch hands during her lip sync 😂. Grace, can you be Utica for Halloween? Pretty please? Thanks for taking the time to do these reviews, Grace. And warm congrats on your engagement. What an exciting time unfolding for you. I’ve watched you since I was a wee college boy trying to figure out how to watch Homebuddies live on the internet trying to dance along to The Wedding Planner with you guys. Lol. Can we bring that back?? Cheers! 🌸🥂💍

thismightgetweird

AAAAAAMAZING AS ALWAYS!!! And HELL YES for a little Winter Green moment! I totally agree on all your thoughts ... and those Tina sashay conspiracy theories make complete sense. I also thought Tina did a 'more entertaining' lip sync but it feels like the lip syncs start to matter less and less as the competition moves forward and the judges/producers try to set up the top 4/5 the way they want! Also...Tina...those lashes! They look like me trying to put on falsies for an event (in the before times) and we ALL know that's not a good look! I too am so excited for next week's challenge, and I've already got my can of "Utica cringe" chilling in my fridge for me to crack it open next week. Maybe that should have been her drink???

thismightgetweird

Oh, thank you Cody!!! Mamrie and I talk all the time about bringing back Homebuddies so maybe we'll actually follow through with it soon! We'll keep you posted! And oh yes, maybe I should try to recreate a Utica makeup look or something in a video! I like this idea!

Cody Singh

You are most welcome! And homebuddies is super appropriate quarantine activity, as well. Just a fun idea, no pressure. Those lives really were such a fun time! And rewatchable if you’re drinking alone in a pandemic, just sayin!! 😊✨

I'm so glad you brought up Symone's costumey runway. She came out and I was like uhhh, are we seeing Symone's Fursona? Have the judges never seen a furry?? And then she won?? What??? Rosé crushed it this week and I loved the Jan robe. So good. Still rooting for Gottmik, and am loving Rosés progression through this season (them loofah dresses tho), but yes, this is definitely looking like Symone's season. Again, thanks for the rucaps!! Highlight of the weekend lol. :)

Agree with all your thoughts!! I'm in March Madness right now too! My bracket got broke with Ohio!! Anyways, just quick comment on this week ... Why the heck is Kandy still in it!! She wasn't even surprised she was safe!! Wth!!! I know it's her character that is winning but come on!! That drag look was awful, no effort, I think I could manage that. Utica is my comic relief and love it! I spit my drink when I heard Put the metal to the metal!! If she can harnes the quirky, she still has a small chance. I love the Brand challenge! I think this the most important one for Drag. How do you sell your persona?! Symone can do no wrong at this point. She is beyond everyone on this challenge, take my money Symone!!! Olivia showed her inexperience. Mik displayed it but couldn't explain it. I get it though! She's hands on queen MUA! Tina and Rosé beef is odd. I think Tina shoes more confidence then she portrays and is envious of Rosé, and Rosé is unbothered by it. Rosé for sure deserved the Co-win. Gorg!! Seeing Tina go was not surprising. It's sad that they are playing it out like this. It's hard to watch now. I think Symone is a lock with Mik close behind. Have a great weekend y'all !!!🌸 Go Gonzaga!!!! 🍻🍺

thismightgetweird

Yeah, I mean, it was an incredible furry costume...but it was a furry costume? I wish she had done something more creative with the makeup. But maybe I'm just splitting hairs. *insert some sort of furry joke* And yes that official Jan robe was woooonderful!

thismightgetweird

Yeah, Kandy has such a great personality but the elevation isn't there...which is part of her charm, but we'll see! She has a chance to murder the roast challenge so maybe they're keeping her around for that potential entertainment. But it's so clearly Symone's crown...I'm hoping Rosé or Mik do something incredible next week and at least make it more interesting!

Anonymous

Two things: The group's *collective* faces during the math question of the mini challenge was the embodiment of the "gay panic" meme. I loved it. Rosé should have been the sole winner of this challenge. Symone may be our next reigning drag superstar (I think RuPaul sees her as young version of himself. He was kinda cool in '86. I'll give him that) but the only good thing about her runway look was that now the show is expanding its audience to the Furry community (I don't get it but between consenting adults...). Bonus thing: I don't want to talk about the judging after hearing the sound "meh" about Utica's look. I don't think production expected Utica to do so well. She is being fully Thorgy Thored (Thorgy was recently on an episode of the "Drag Her!" podcast and she mentioned how producers admitted to her that she was considered a filler queen and they didn't expect her to do so well). Ok, Final thing: Congrats to UK Season 2 Winner Lawrence Chaney!!!!

thismightgetweird

Can totally see Ru seeing Symone as a younger version of himself! All of the judges clearly have a tender spot for her, and rightly so...she's doing elegance and entertainment with a message. And ohhhhh on that bonus tip! That would make sense...the cut aways to Michelle always looking so put-off by Utica make me lol so much now. They seem to have a strange relationship with geekier queens bc they can't get a true read on them. Are they smart? Are they just weird? Are they putting on their personality or is it authentic? Either way, they always look at her like that person they invited to the party that they didn't think would show up ... but she did and now they're worried about how long she plans on staying. lol

Anonymous

I am so impressed everytime I see how long these posts are. Lmao! Impressed in a good way! I wish I could do that, i can barely keep the attention span to read the whole thing! 😅

Overall, I share the same sentiments, and I LOVE the branding challenges so much. However, the judging this episode was just horrendous imo. Utica and Rosé were the only ones with the "couture" part of the Beast Couture category and Utica looked stunning which makes me confused as to why she was in the bottom because I didn't think her commercial was *so* bad to lander her in the bottom but she slayed the lipsync so I guess it doesn't matter. And I'm not the biggest fan of Tina (although Id see her drag show in a heartbeat because it seems like she'd kill it in her own environment), but this was not the episode that Tina should've gone. There have been *plenty* of episodes to land her in the bottom and send her home, but I don't think this week was it. This was the first time they clock her for the red, orange, and yellow but this runway wasn't even one where that really applied to (this was actually one of my favorite looks from her this season 😂) *and* they're gonna put her in the bottom (for conveying her brand) just because they don't like it and haven't told her until now that they don't?? Like, I felt bad for Tina and sympathized with her in untucked. My bottom two were GottMik and Kandy/Olivia, but it seems like GottMik can't do anything that would land her in the bottom because production knows she'll get knocked out by the lipsync, and apparently Kandy can come out looking like a hot mess and be safe? Like, I honestly think this alien look is almost as bad as LaLas bag dress and at least she had an excuse of having to make a dress herself. Kandy bought this and it still is a hot mess, and I'm not sure id classify aliens as beasts. Anyway, I think this should've been a solo win for Rosé because her runway was easily the best one up there and I honestly can't see how Michelle and Carson can call the fursuit that Symone wore "elevated drag" when it's literally a mascot outfit/furry fursuit. I mean, it looked good, but it was literally just a costume. It definitely seems like it's Symone's crown to lose, but I think Rosé might just be able to do it if she maintains the same momentum of these past couple episodes. (Also, I really liked Utica's creepy take on the My Humps lipsync!! I thought it was really refreshing and it definitely seems like this season has plenty of FANTASTIC lipsyncers).

What can I say about this episode except, congratulations Lawrence Chaney. I'm glad Tina left wearing her best runway look, and I thought utica did a better job than olivia or mik, but with 9 million shows in the works the judges don't have time for abstract and surrealism. All and all this was definitely an episode of television.

Anonymous

i really didn’t think utica’s commercial was that bad...maybe i just have a shitty sense of humour but it made me laugh and i thought her runway look was pretty underrated! i really thought it was gonna be gottmik lip syncing tbh and i’m shocked that kandy didn’t get read for her runway look. it didn’t even match the brief!!!! the category was beast!!!!!!!! not aliens!!!!!!! i don’t really think that kandy is a fan favourite at this point? all i ever see on twitter is people disliking her so clearly the judges/producers thought they were on to something keeping kandy in when they filmed this months ago. i absolutely LIVED for that joint maxi win and utica sending tina home. both of those things just completely align with the fantasy in my head. also here’s your kandy and olivia monsters inc meme xoxo https://twitter.com/anthony_gummy/status/1373075723175436293?s=21

thismightgetweird

agreed all around! Tina, ironically, is the only one that has a complete tried and true brand. Yes, it may be a bit tired and yes, it may be desperately in need of a refresh but she delivered her brand on the branding challenge so 🤷🏼‍♀️. Feels like the 4-d game of chess the producers were playing to knock out certain queens got slightly f*cked up and they said f*ck it just take Tina out now. And I would have looooooved a solo win for Rose - it felt like she packaged the full essence of herself/the metamorphosis of herself based on critiques into a funny and fully thought out product. Symone gave us classic, put together but still cheeky Symone, but nothing about it really surprised me? I mean, she's still great, but it felt like the judges kinda stopped paying attention halfway through the commercials and just said "f*ck it give it to Symone...oh wait, Rose did good too? Okay give it to her too!" All kinds of f*cks happening!

thismightgetweird

omg thank you for that link!!! Kandy's look was so confusing and the judges dismissal of it was even more confusing. It makes me wonder if Kandy had some other look planned but something got messed up and she had to put that together last minute? But that's just me grasping at recyclable straws to make sense of that mess! I thought Utica's commercial had such potential to be bizarre and funny but it just didn't connect all the way for me. She's so creative and whacky but I think her ideas get away from her before she can put them together cohesively. Her looks are great, but the ideas she has to come up with on the spot are a bit all over the place and I just want her to scoop them all up and clink clank to the top!

March Madness post : I meant Illinois not Ohio, and now Floirida loses. I picked them because of Elliott:

I think Tina has been so long in the game she has maybe been overthinking the challenges and trying to be the campy, firecracker Tina Burner everyone is expecting her to be but she honestly just needed to relax and let loose. I think you perform the best on drag race when you’re enjoying yourself

I was SHOCKED that Utica didn’t go home. Tina was working the curves in her costume for that lip sync to My Humps, and Utica was... pulling faces and dancing like a spider

Megan St-Amour

This season is a bit weird. We all know the show is produced and they create what they want us to see, but I feel like we are seeing a little to much of " the man behind the curtain " this season. No hate to anyone who is still there or has gone, but a lot of the judging seem questionable this season.
