*I'm deaf in my right ear which is why I'm not wearing headphones. I know, it's a bummer not to get the panning sounds. It's also been a bummer to only have one ear my whole life for lots of other reasons, like, playing telephone growing up, I was terrible at it. But, I'll be ok, and I'm getting both channels in the earbud, thanks for your concern :)

I Think I'm Paranoid is one of my all-time favorite songs. Definitely my go-to for Rock Band. I'm most familiar with this song because it was in Gran Turismo 2 from 2002, and I used to be obsessed with that game.

A lot of us had a (#1) crush on Shirley back then. Some of us still do. LoL. I was lucky enough to see them play Wembley back in... 98? 99? Great show, but, sadly, it was the only time I ever saw them live. Out of the mix, my favourites are probably "Special" and "#1 Crush," which was on the soundtrack for Romeo + Juliet. "Milk" and "As Heaven is Wide" are up there too. Oh! and speaking of video games, "As Heaven is Wide" is in the first Gran Turismo game for the PS1. I love this band. So many great memories. I really need to try to see them again before they retire.

Scruffy, I am consistently surprised by your cultured and thoughtful taste in music and all things rock and metal for a long while now. I don't know why I'm surprised anymore 😂. Infinitely jealous that you got to see them live at their peak. I wish I had a time machine to grasp that opportunity again. In those years, I was too busy fitting in with friends and seeing bands like Korn, Limp Bizkit, and Godsmack... It's like a smack to the head with the *irony* that those same shows included bands I love now, with infinitely more staying power in my adult life, like Deftones, Disturbed, SOAD, Sevendust, Primus...the list goes on. The loves of my life were right in the room with me, and I was too busy watching the over-made-up, popular girl in the glittery outfit that everyone else wanted too. 🤣

Thank you! I could use that time machine myself, though for some more recent shows. There was a long stretch there in which I kinda ignored music from artists that hadn't been around since at least 1998; so, I missed out on Floor-era Nightwish, Jinjer, Unleash the Archers, Parkway Drive, and the like until fairly recently. I'd have loved to have seen them when they were first breaking out. And yes, many of us fell into the popular girl trap too. My first serious grilfriend literally had to beat me over the head to notice. LoL.
