But When an unidentified cat girl steps into the ring, it instantaneously inflates a sheet of super elastic sheet of latex underneath them, cocooning the cat girl in a skin tight bondage balloon. The balloon leaves the cat girl suspended off of the floor, immobilizing them in a squeezing rubber hug, gagging them while leaving their nose free. The cat girl can still breathe, but will be unable to call to other Nekos for aid.

During this time, the hoop will alert cat girl control services to detain them for trespassing.
