Unfinished & unissued comic project from the 90s!  "A Matter of Weight" (Cuestiones de Peso). A story about two friends kiving together. Daryl and Hanna. (Yeah, I know). Daryl is an adorable slim blonde office marketing bug and her roomate Hanna secretly fancies her. Hanna happens to be a closeted lesbian and an FA, also a designer. Through the use of Aldus Photostyler (grandad of Photoshop) she discovers she can warp reality... to morph it, to be precised!

The symbolic embodyment of the author's been' transferred into the Hanna character here. Hanna is a secret reader and collector of the Plumpers And Big Women magazine, a 90's classic for we old-timer FAs. She uses plump model Kelly for the purpose of simulate Daryl's chubbier body. Kelly made it to cover girl a couple of times back then, 1996 and 1999.

  Chubster Kelly.

It's a pity I only went as far as two pages here. Started a 3rd. one (one panel), and I re-started a 2nd alternative version called "Weight Retouch" (Retoque de Peso) that also went poof after the fourth panel. Good thing is I did sketched four pages total. That's part of these sets. This story worths the continuity, believe me.

SET 1 of 2: First two pages plus the characters sheets in a dazzling before & after.

En español, como fue concebido originalmente.

Pages: 2 + 10% of a 3rd. Plus some characters sheets, a 2nd version and sketches.
