Petting Dogs (Patreon)

There are dogs in Breath of the Wild and I hope you can pet them because if you can't then Nintendo will have let me down.

Fairly simple sketch. I wanted to draw something that wouldn't take too long to do because I was actually behind on works this week (not as much as I originally thought I was - I actually miscounted, having forgotten about yesterday's post. I'm fond of the recent sketches that have been like this, with the colour overlays mixing in with the local colours (for instance, you can see bits of red peepking in the tunic's shadow). Something about this seems almost watercolour-y, but I'd like to develop this sketch style and make it more light and airy. I really love the little dabs of pink in her eyes - it really ads some spark to them.
