[Blog] October Thoughts (Patreon)
Content
I have been thinking about October and what I might do during the month.
Usually, I'd like to produce some sort of Beaumont-centric project, but I didn't plan anything ahead of time, so that's unlikely to happen... Maybe I could spend more time doing some game development, but it's not exactly a reliable skill set of mine and I might not have a "product" to share publicly by the end of the month.
31 Days of Female Link
It's been a while since I've consistently drawn Zelda content, and my last month-long challenge was February 2017 (the old FebLinks leading up to BotW's release). So, I've been considering 31 Days of Female Link art... And, coincidentally, Linktober is just around the corner.
But to focus on the challenge, however, I would have to sacrifice half of my earnings. I don't think I could balance both this challenge and my usual monthly commissions, so I hope my Patreon will actually see some growth during the month. It's a gamble, but Zelda IS more popular than my original content.
I think it would be cool though. It gives me an opportunity to return to my roots, get some practice, and experiment. I really need to practice and improve my art...
Conclusion
I suspect I'm mostly done for the month. I need to prepare for October, but I think I will still produce 1-2 notable works of art before the month is over. Don't forget to check the Dropbox Archive, as it contains a few extra artworks not shared here.
Don't forget to eat & sleep.
