Beaumont: The Wet Woman pgs.1-9 (semi-complete: reconsidering Page 5, Panel 2) (Patreon)

This is the first story in our upcoming Beaumont comic (this post was updated over time). In this story, Elayne hunts a vengeful Nure-Onna, (translated to “wet woman.”) 

Rather than focusing on complicated action sequences or wordy dialogue, like with the prototype, I wanted to prioritize emotional tone. This should give you a good idea of the kind of feeling the rest of the product will have. It was cool to design within a Japanese aesthetic, especially given how experimental this story was.
