Being an artist is all I have ever wanted, so I am truly thankful for all your support.

I understand that things will be a lot tougher for us now, with all that's going on in the world. So I really want to provide the absolute best experience that I possibly can. Your support means the world to me, and I don't ever want you to feel mistreated by me! We connect with one another through my art, and I want that connection to feel worthwhile to you… I want to provide value to all of your lives.

I've been thinking of ways to improve the experience I offer and generate more income moving forward, and in order to so, I'll have to create opportunities for content that you can better connect with. Patreon is at its best when used to fund the creation of the things we're passionate about.

New channels will appear on Discord to promote discussion about your favourite projects and to allow for the sharing of relevant information quicker than I could do with a longer post on Patreon.

Anyway…

Here are the directions I'm planning to move towards:

  • Beaumont Short Stories
  • Dragon Breast Comic
  • Image Sets
  • Brello Daze (Game)
  • Zelda Dreams (Game)

Beaumont Short Stories

We had some fun creating the Beaumont Prototype comic back in October, and I'd like to create more stories for these characters, but I don't think I'm ready for anything big. I don't think enough people are interested in the concept yet either.

So I'm planning to produce short stories, maybe 12-13 pages each. This way, I can play around with the characters & ideas without demanding too much of myself.

Dragon Breast Comic

Beaumont is very dark & moody, and that can be overwhelming, especially during these trying times. So I'm currently talking with another writer about producing some sexy comics based on my Dragon Breast doodles. This should provide a bit more variety in my work.

By allowing someone else to write this comic, I can spend more time doing other things -- like writing those Beaumont short stories.

Image Sets

We've previously talked about creating pornographic image sets as a means of generating income over a wider period of time via Gumroad or similar platform. These will take several months to produce, so we can expect a new set every 3-4 months. Maybe? We'll see about that.

I expect only one of these will ever be available in the Dropbox Archive at any time.

Zelda Dreams (Game)

Of course, we must not forget about Female Link!

I'm nowhere near ready for work on that big comic, so I would instead like to work on my game project in Dreams (PS4). I've showed it off a few times in the past on Twitter.

This will be a sequel to Link's Awakening, following the structure of my previously designed timeline. It will take place before Link returns to Hyrule, allowing us to stay safe by avoiding too many recognizable features in the franchise. This will provide material for future concept art & discussion posts too.

Brello Daze (Game)

We've dabbled with this idea for a few months now, and I think it would make for a fun, sexy project. Being purely fetish driven, however, it won't be hosted on Patreon. We don't want to make things hard on Patreon's staff, since they have to answer to payment processors.

Snow Daze was a visual novel I worked on a few years ago, so this would be a fan sequel. I've talked about this idea in the latest Concept Art post, so feel free to check it out HERE.

Development Cycles

That's a lot of different responsibilities to take on, but I don't plan to take them all on simultaneously. As we move through the year, my priorities will shift every few months. So I'll be working on the Beaumont comics, and then take a break to work on Dragon Breast, and then back again.

The image below isn't an accurate representation of what that would look like, but should communicate the basic idea of what I'm thinking. This allows for lulls in development, letting us bounce around to do a bit of everything, and giving me a break from certain projects.

By cycling responsibilities, we'll only be focusing on 2-3 things at any one time.

The image above doesn't reflect the current schedule either. This is merely an example. We'll find the perfect schedule as we do it, and after we determine exactly what we're doing. That being said, breaking our work into a quarterly development cycle doesn't sound bad.

In Conclusion...

All of these projects are long-term, so we have to accept that they'll be developed over the course of months. You'll still be receiving the same kinds of posts you have been, but our routine will probably change to reflect these priorities. I need to improve my output, but still maintain my health & relative comfort.

The idea is to work on a handful of things that should actually matter to you, rather than creating aimlessly -- like we have for a while now.

Transparency is important to me, so I'll keep you informed of any development or changes.

Anyway...

If there's anything in particular that you -- you SPECIFICALLY -- are excited about, then let me know. It's important that I provide you with enjoyment for all your support.

Don't forget to eat & sleep.

Brellom

I forgot to link to our previous discussion about Brello Daze. That has been fixed.

Calsetes

I'm excited for all of it, but specifically I like the ideas behind the Brello Daze game and the image sets. They should be pretty awesome. A quarterly breakdown sounds like a good idea, too. Long enough to get a good chunk done on any project, but not too long to keep yourself feeling locked into it.

Neeckin

Oh goodness, so much amazing stuff to look forward too. Hopefully this breakdown method helps you feeling good about you work :D
