Sweater Cookies (Patreon)

This piece got away from me after I applied the colours, so it is, in my opinion, not finished. But I wanted to be done with it, and I'm sure you're not going to be bothered by it as much as I am, so here we go.

Like the last few illustrations, I spent longer than usual on this piece. It is a tiny bit larger in scope though, so that might be why I'm not content with it. The work features a wider range of values & colours, some environmental elements, and a dynamic-ish pose. I think I just got a bit lost in managing all of that. I wish I had planned a design for the sweater before getting too far into this, haha... 

You can see some harsher brush strokes scattered throughout the piece, like in the knee, butt, and folds -- but I think I could've pushed that more. Still developing this process.
