These are definitely not consistent, but that's okay. 

I opened up Game Maker Studio before bed for a bit. Went okay, but I haven't created anything worth mentioning. There's next to nothing there.

I always feel like the creative assets, like art and the like, are the hardest part of gamedev. For me, anyway. Sure, if you don't know how to code something, you're stuck - but it's really just problem solving & logic, and you can just google how certain functions work. But art is tough, then you gotta worry about exporting it at the right size to fit in the game and gah... So much work. I kinda wish I were skilled at pixel art, at least then, you're more likely to enter the project with set dimensions that all match up nicely against each other.

Ah well.
