Pokemon Progress (Patreon)

Hey all! Here's an update on the progress of the upcoming video essay about Pokemon. A lot's been going on!

• Video: Around about 15-20 mins of the video is done so far. We're probably looking at a 40 minute long video.
• Animation: Complete! I've been sharing sneak peaks in the Discord.
• Voice Overs: I've reached out to a few people to voice record the extracts used in the video including Jay Foreman, DazzReviews and Ami Yamato 
• Music: To end the video, I've made my own version of PokeRap featuring the weird and controversial stuff brought up throughout the video. The WIP version of it is in this post!
• Artwork: You may recall in a previous post, I mentioned how Nintendo Of America originally tried to redesign Pikachu to be a "tabby cat with big breasts". I asked my good friend Chloe Dungate to recreate this drawing, with Pikachu and Raichu colours, which you can see below.
• Release Date: I'm not committing to a specific release date just yet until I have at least a rough pass of the entire video. But it will be this month for sure.
