For the next Eddache video, I've decided to look at Buzz Lightyear. And literally as I was writing the script, like the day I begun it, the trailer for Lightyear came out. How strange!

This is an analytical look at the Buzz Lightyear character, what he represents, his pivotal role in the movies, why does he have no character arc and what this could mean for his upcoming human counterpart.

It's a good read! I would definitely not say that Q Anon line out loud; not only is that sticking your hand into a nest of hornets, but YouTube might pick up on the words and do Weird Algorithm Things with the video. If you want to keep the dig, maybe fading in a picture as you say the prior line might get the point across. It does feel like you're going to speculate more on how the movie will handle human Buzz than you actually do, like how he might contrast to the toy Buzz. You also name drop Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, posing the question of how it fits in, but don't really say anything about it? Spin-offs are less applicable, but it does seem like a prototype of what Lightyear's going to do. Apologies if this comes across as nitpicky. Looking forward to the video!

Definitely a great read. I like how it really delves into how Buzz's character arc is neatly tied up in the first one and pushes him into the deuteragonist role for the next three films. It's also interesting to hear your viewpoint on his roles in 2 - 4; he doesn't have a character arc in either of them since he's already finished his arc at the end of 1, so because of that he lands into the role of an authority character and morality chain for Woody. Really looking forward to seeing how it all comes together!

These are some good points. I'm sharing a WIP soon which I had recorded before this post, but in some rewrites I'll be doing for it, I will strongly consider what you've suggested.
