"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!" - You (probably) (Patreon)

Hello everyone! It all went quiet, huh? So here's what's been going on!

So there IS an Eddache video currently being worked on. If you recall my video a few years back about "How Has Shrek Aged?", well I'm making a sequel! About the sequel! It's been 20 years since Shrek 2 now and we all draw ever closer to the grave.

I went straight to work on this following The Jetsons video. I've made some interesting discoveries and I've barely scratched the surface! I'll share one with you now: So you know how the film opens with a storybook, which kinda recaps the first film but offers lore on Fiona's backstory? Well I managed to contact the artist who designed that storybook (AND for the first film too!) to find out a few other details about it. Nothing too groundbreaking - except she revealed there was ANOTHER storybook made, this was for a trailer of Shrek 2 that got scrapped. So there exists a LOST storybook that has never been publicly seen. Sadly, for legal reasons, she couldn't share it with me, but that's a fascinating piece of trivia I don't think anyone else knows about!

Anyway, I had made early progress on that, but my commitments to my work on Try Hards (where I raced TomSka & Jay Foreman around the wooooorld-ish) and then my son being off school for the summer holidays has taken hold! And I don't want to be the sort of father who prioritises his work over his kid (at the moment, Rik is playing Tomodachi Life & filling it up with Smash Bros characters, so he's happy to play alone for a while!), so Eddache stuff is going to slow right down until he's back to school in about 3 weeks.
