A survey for my patrons and watchers (Patreon)

Hello! So, I've been thinking recently about getting to know my patrons, watchers and the like, and thinking about ways to improve both my writing in general and my Patreon page, so I cooked up a quick survey using Google Forms. It's just a quick thing people can use to let me know what they enjoy about my work, what I can do better etc.

It'd mean a ton if you guys could go through it real quick so I can get a better idea of what you all would like to see and how I can improve and everything.
