This post will trigger the payment on July 1st for the current project Zelda. Double check your Patron Tier status to make sure you are receiving the rewards you want.

Work will be continued into next week as I make sure the files are keyed and test printed properly. I am continually trying to perfect the key sizes to accommodate the differing sizes of PLA and resin prints, so this time I am creating more loose fittings. I like not having to use glue to attach the parts, but I think we can all agree that sanding is more tedious.

The discount codes will be the first rewards distributed through private message.

Sometimes you can split model, and print both sides facing the print platform. You can just cut holes to both ones with a cube, then print separately slightly smaller cube, and glue it to the both. If using FDM, also rotate the cube 90 degrees so that the layers go different way than on the separate parts for added strength. If the connection is very loose, I often add piece of toilet paper as filler. That works surprisingly well with superglue. As for magnets, they could be used for attaching optional things (capes and stuff), different hand options etc. Of course having holes for magnets doesn't prevent you from "just gluing it" istead.

@Jupp3 I wish I'd thought of slicing it in half myself. Thanks for the tip.
