Hey! The Benefit gifts voting ended and the first option was won. That is "Lara in trouble". The first is coming from early December. Thank you to everyone who voted.

I'm still working on it. This is static semen. I sculpting it. If I'm ready to share this ;) For fluid simulation I will use Flip Fluid addon or Mantaflow (Blender 2.82 mantaflow branch).
