Hi! So there is a new drama called “it’s a good day to be a dog”. It has legendary cha eunwoo in it. I am very hopeful about it so hopefully it becomes big enough for u to react to! Thank you so much for the reaction as always. This is one of my favorite episodes in the whole show!

I also have some theories about Do Hyeon Su but honestly whether he is evil or not, I am just enjoying the ride. Very nicely written and directed show! I didn't want to copy and paste what I wrote on your EP. 20 Moving reaction, but since this is a good place for discussion for K-drama enthusiasts like myself. I keep getting more irritated the more I watch this show. I think it's really messed up she pushed him that way...like idk maybe it's cause I have ptsd but I could see an anxiety attack happening. She literally triggered his ptsd and I guarantee that the song playing is the only thing that keeps him calm and that's why when people take it from him he freaks out....like this is why you need a behavioral psychologist that ACTUALLY does their job.

I also agree with Adorkable about him not killing the dog and just saying he did because if you're a kid who gets accused of lying all the time or blamed for things...after a while you do give up. You just say whatever to get out of the room cause you don't want to keep explaining how you didn't do it. That's just my thoughts

This show is great at showing that people only hear or see what they want to see (not necessarily the truth). The main actor is one of my favorites-I enjoyed watching him in Again My Life and Lawless Lawyer.

True, but think of things from her perspective, not as a viewer too. She doesn't have the same knowledge we have, nor does she have any real reason to emphasize with his panic attack after what she has learned, plus she's a cop not a psychologist. Shes trying to find the truth, (asking him will result in him lying, escaping or killing her, she doesn't know which). She literally found blood (cleaned up/hidden) in her basement thats locked with a key she doesnt have...No normal person just shooes that thought away like it's no big deal. She can't just be like "oh im sorry for making you have a panic attack, let me forget about everything i just found out and comfort you". Plus this is surrounding the possibility of him being or not being a serial killer, not something you can take lightly. I don't have PTSD but i do have panic attacks that ive suffered from for years, so I do know how disabling they can be. My condition is not an excuse for my actions though. Honestly I respect her for not jumping to conclusions when any normal person would

Oh, I disagree. She had no proof he was involved other than speculation and even went to a psychological "expert" who pumped her with speculation and misinformation at that, none of it was clinical diagnostics, it was literal gossip but I'll blame that on poor writing and lack of mental health awareness and psychological studies in SoKo. Putting my psych major pet peeves aside, I found our dear lady cops decision making to me shallow and not as thought out as the writers are trying to make it seem. She put herself in danger to test him and it's wholly unclear what kind of response she's expecting to get out of him by playing the tape recorder so it's just a really stress inducing scene with not much information given other than some rich induced trauma porn. I say this as someone who loves psychological thrillers and suspense horror. I championed Strangers From Hell after all. I just don't find the show to be to my standards of what I like in this sub genre, but I don't think it's a bad show.

I do agree on one point that she put herself in danger to test him, which that I think was a bit dumb lool. Besides that part, what part of her decision making was shallow, I genuinely am asking btw. Also I never said she had proof in my original reply, all i said was shes trying to find the truth. Though she does have some evidence thats not in his favor. For example, he himself admitted his own identity when he was in the hospital, so she knows who he is. That already shows hes been lying to her for many years. Thats not speculation, thats a fact. We know how important evidence vs speculation is to her, its literally her whole character that has been built so far. Thats why shes investigating for the truth. If she believed the lies she would've arrested him or left him. Plus she still believes in him since she is not worried about him spending time with their daughter, letting him pick her up afterschool, spend time together, etc. If she truly believed the lies, she wouldn't put her daughter at risk. Even visiting the psychologist, she is doing what a normal cop does. Getting information and investigating. Whether she believes what she's told is another story, but right now she hasnt shown any inclination of believing the rumors. She even tells that directly to the one woman (i forget her name, widow of some guy killed). Shes scared and has thoughts of "what if" but no where in the story did she throw away all facts to believe a rumor. Shes investigating each rumor to either prove it wrong or true. Also side question, what is "rich induced trauma porn"? I didnt quite get what you were trying to say there.
