The director and author confirmed this on twitter that it is indeed done on purpose. They stated that the director thought it was funny and that they had to use some CGI regardless. So might as well make it a joke.

Like I mentioned previously, I wouldn't have pushed this show as a high recommendation, but among this particular "category" of shows it's the one to watch. Let the zany antics ensure!

It’s funny how Lee feels the needs to justify not liking this anime until ep 3. But hey, at least it passed the “3 Episodes Rule”. 🤓

2:30 If you add nuts (specifically Brazil Nuts because they counteract some of the effects of red meat in the blood) and peppers to your diet then you can re-add red meats and expand your repertoire of recipes for your diet. Brazil Nuts do wonders for your nutrient profile and peppers add flavour with little calories while burning fat better than other plant matter. I've been on a solely meat, peppers, and nuts diet for years now because I', sickly though you don't need to take it that far obviously.

Couldn’t sleep so I ended up watching the rest, not gonna spoil anything, if you continue this series beware of episode 2 lol, had me cringing extremely hard, however the series itself isn’t half bad, I actually enjoyed it, it’s one of those shows where everything makes complete sense and no sense at all the whole time, but it was relatively funny all throughout, my only complaint would probably be the art choice, I understand it’s most likely to save money or maybe my computer was just glitching out, but sometimes scenes would frequently play over and over and the art style changes a ton, but other than that it’s gonna be pretty funny to see y’all’s reaction to this insanity.

This show is actually incredibly interesting from a psychological perspective if you're a person who is interested in cults, organized religion, and group think. And it's all wrapped up in this absolutely degenerate anime lol. I am also a firm believer that the CGI is bad on purpose for comedy.

@32:42 Shout out to Director for the Konosuba plug. The GOAT whether Lee wants to hear it or not😅 As for KamiKatsu, I literally never heard of this show before yesterday. I binged the first 6 episodes on my own before watching your reaction. Not sure how I'd rate it yet but it's interesting and has surprised me several times. Comedy-wise it hasn't hit me either, but the story is interesting enough to continue.

Is loli a problem for director because you try to sexualize all women? I dont see why hes so uncomfortable with loli because I see loli and just find them cute as long as they dont have annoying personalities.
