Geto and Gojo are the objective strongest, they weren’t being cocky. They told us in ep 1 and last season that Tengen isnt a fighter, he just maintains barriers that are important

Maki’s heavenly pact is really similar to Toji’s. Idk what the difference is but she has the potential to be just as good as him. No cursed energy and super human reflexes/strength.

I think Geto will fair better than Gojo. At this point i’m 99% sure Geto is as strong if not stronger while having optimal rest.

idk if Geto's stronger but he might be a better match overall. Gojo at this point was really cocky and still a hs so he might not have the same hand to hand proficiency cuz of how his abilities work

Great discussion and reactions guys! Yes Toji is very similar to Maki as they both don't have curse energy but are physical strong. Gojo and Geto did everything right but got unlucky.

i do think gojo is the stronges now and in the future. but some special grades like the teacher of todo and YUTA are VERY strong to. keep in mind that geto was not even special grade in this flash back. and i know grade is not allwas a means to see how strong someone is, a great exsample of that being maki who was held back by her famliy. i do thing it is something to keep in mind since there is nothing to say geto is being held back

Great reaction. I read the manga and I still wasn’t ready for this scene. Had me peaking through my fingers and shit on my first watch Lmao. Just a small thing tho, I think the audio for JJK is slightly off from the animation. The dialogue often started before their mouths were moving but it’s definitely only by a couple of seconds and doesn’t impact viewing too much as I haven’t seen anyone else mention it. Either that or I’m going crazy 😂. Just wanted to give y’all the heads up

rune Thats not true. Maki doesn't have normal amounts of curse energy like a normal human, if she did she wouldn't have superhuman physical powers. Maki has very low curse energy but not zero like Toji yet.

TBF Yuta is built diff, what with him being descendant of the same giga chad that Satoru is as well. Yuta is more versatile than Satoru is, as we saw in the movie as he can copy bloodline techniques too etc

Maki and Mechamaru have heavenly pacts/Restrictions as well as mentioned in the 1st season. It's not something you choose to have, you just have it imposed on you at birth. It's been a while so It's pretty easy to forget.

Actually, the name "pact" makes it sound like an actual pact, but it seems to work more like a birth disease that happens randomly in foetuses. Or it wouldn't make sense for the Zen'in family to impose it on some of their descendants, since they hate people with low cursed energy.
