In season 2. Uzui mention that Muichiro is much stronger than him. So that outcome of the battle against Gyoka with the mark was kinda anti climactic. Cause in my opinion Gyoka "Fucked to much around".

Daki and Gyokko are both major trash talkers and they both sell their goods for that bread. However Gyokko has been in the industry longer so I think he got more thug in him than Daki

well i dont think he said Muichiro was stronger, simply that he became a hashira in 2 months. that doesnt have anything to do with power scaling, just that Muichiro has a much greater potential and natural genius than Tengen. the mark itself was what made Muichiro much stronger. Gyokko doesnt feel like he had the same combat capability as Gyutaro. But he definitely fucked around 2 much.

Just some food for thought: Gyoka couldve killed him while he was in the water prison, but like all demons, they are arrogant. Muzan could've killed Tanjouro in season 1 when Tanj. first ran into him. Same as how upper 3 Akaza almost died to Rangouku because he was cocky and played around. The demons think they are so superior because they are demons. Gyoka even said it in this fight "all you do is grow old" and "I'm the superior being".

Gyokko messed around way too much he could’ve easily ended muichiro before he even got the mark but he didn’t and once muichiro got the mark it was over tbf and gyutaro was def stronger than Gyokko atleast combat wise and had some crazy potential

Yeah he's prolly killed most Hashira w/ the Water Prison Vase move, since Muichiro only survived cuz some random nigga giving him air, it would have been game over if Gyokko had just killed him instantly while he was inside there, and only THEN gone into the shack...

Fun fact, The reason Muichiro didnt react when the crow told him that rengoku had died is because he couldnt remember him. After he got his memories back and he saw Rengoku's hilt he started crying.

I don't think that it's not about that he didn't remember him, but that he didn't care in his memory loss mode. Well not caring can be taken as not remembering too as if you don't care about a person you don't really memorize him either.

I actually want another hashira to lose, at the moment this show is going back to everybody always wins as this shouldn't be easy with how they have represented upper rank demons. Mist winning easily is acceptable, but if this Love vs Hate fight goes to easy win by her then the storytelling quality really will suffer. Well I do expect this to go that she almost dies, but Tanjiro will come clutch saving her.
