Hey guys. I know the slime movie is available. We will cover it. Got a couple things I’m working on or have planned. Thanks in advance.

I really just dont think about it. It may get done. But I don’t use energy thinking about it if that makes sense. Where when i see slime. I’m like “oh. Gotta get to that. I dunno when yet. But soon. Let me see” Quartet is in a box in my mind because it’s not the most pressing content for me and we don’t have a shortage of content. It also sounds mean when I explain it that way but many things I don’t spend time time on till i need/want/ready/ cuz i can only think about so many things. Mental bandwidth so to speak

I have to ask where your watching it, really hate that Crunchyroll airs it in movie theaters 1 day. Then you have to wait practically a year for it to hit their streaming service.

Many reasons. I don’t want any problems. I wasn’t really planning for it and it popped up. It’s an anime original. I get mixed responses from people who seen it. So no one around me other than diehard fans or hyping it up, so I feel like in wait. I reserve the right to change my mind later but right now the Internet isn’t buzzing about it much around me.

i’m often not eager to do an anime movie, even with one piece on the same. It’s just a long bro. Ha ha. I like my 22 minute animes get up stretch come back and do it again get up stretch come back and do it again.

I know what you mean anime movies also feels different because they are not cannon. I can tell you the animation is awesome in the fights really really great and we will see many powers which was only shown a little in the anime if at all you will enjoy it hope you can get Adorkable in on it, but as long as you have fun it's all good

Yea. The first hr is spent preparing a new story and then executing it. So i dread thr build up often. But they usually have great endings, the one I’ve seen that is

@oliver it actually does. Like i spent like the first of half of the movie wondering what kind of problem they were actually going to solve because it took them so long to introduce the new characters and setting that didnt exist in the anime.

I agree with Oliver. I've read all the LNs and the Manga so far, and even though the movie isn't cannon, it was still really good. They did introduce a single character that IS cannon, just introduced them quite a bit earlier than the main story would have gotten to. Even though the plot of the movie Isn't cannon to the main story, it doesn't ruin the main story's plot. About the usual build up that most Anime movies have for the first half, while Slime Movie does have it to an extent, Its not a drag by any means. IMO, the hype on this move was well deserved.

Well the movie follows the webnovel and anime, manga follow the light novel. The light novel being a refined product of the web novel in a way you could call it canon, but i doubt we will see it affect the anime :)

But is it really out, I mean legitimately? I've looked all over in all sorts of places, but the only thing I have found was unofficial, and likely unauthorized, uploads on YouTube. Sure overseas it might be out for streaming and/or purchase, but my wish to have more than just the theatrical releases over here in the West appears to have yet to be granted.

i watched the slime movie and enjoyed it more then isekai quartet movie. the isekai quartet movie seems like more of a 5minute skit thats been dragged out to 2 hours. there were some funny parts but it just kinda dragged on whereas the slime movie just seemed like a slime episode. which suprised me because all the slime ova's have basically been trash.

the thing i live about the movie is even thought its non cannon, i could see them easily adding it into the main story if they really wanted too. usally non cannon stuff just wrecks lore, but this was done quite well i thought.

This movie is intriguing because no spoilers. But it could be it's own thing like a OVA. While at the same time still be a introduction to acouple new characters. Eager to see what carries over to season 3
