they already revealed this in anime so imma say this: you can come to life if you (cut the rope), (don't have the rope on after the full body comes out). You can't come back to life if you (go to heaven-so basically not having a strong desire to come back is what I got, (already got a body alive and well it will just be a dead corpse if you are alive. further note sushi can make dead bodies of you even when alive IT HAPPENED IN THE ANIME!!!! IF YOU MISSED IT.

He has to have your soul to bring you back. You have to die around him. That's why he couldnt bring the princess or that one already dead guy that the church tried to get him to revive. This is what I got out of the episodes.

I think because Fushi said: "I want it to end" so the Nokker in Kahaku's left hand decided to respect his wish and free him from the prison in his body, I don't think that Nokker was a secret agent, I think he just wanted to to fulfill Fushi's wish (Fushi: "I want it to end"). But who knows what will come next, I can't wait for the next episode to see if March will help Fushi regain his will to live.

The reason fushi didn't revive him after he killed him in front of everyone was because they had to send him somewhere else to deal with nokkers. As long as he dies fushi can remake his body entirely somewhere else and he can revive in that spot. Bringing him back in front of those people in the same spot would have made that entire scenario pointless

Nokker isn't necessarily a bad guy at the end. Fushi specifically stated he wanted it to end. Maybe the nokker took that as the meaning that he wants his suffering in his own body to end like the nokkers talk about.

No Rigurd the bird died months after Fushi last saw him so they don't have to die around him. He just has to establish that connection which is most likely a connection with someone's soul i think
