That symbol that Ushimaru had on his back was the same one the dojo zoro trained at in the east blue had. No surprise since the village is called Shimotsuki village same as Ushimaru's last name.

Maybe I am misunderstanding what he said, but no, it's not the same as your example. He watches several anime, but now has said One Piece is the *only* one they like. So that made me wonder what he meant.

“The One Anime We Like Together”. it means the Anime we BOTH LIKE TOGETHER, like have in common. I like Bleach and she has not watched it, she has not finished naruto, she has not seen Overlord, MHA. Etc. when i talk about Bleach she doesnt care lol. She never seen it.

If one person isn’t into something, it can drag the whole thing down (There is one reactor group well known for this). p.s. she should watch Bleach! 😀 And MHA. I watch her shows. She doesnt watch much of my shows. It’s fine. Not complaining. I can watch a variety of stuff and enjoy myself lol. So i watch her Spanish Dramas for example. But she’s not the type of person that just like anything rhe way i do. Lol. (Thats why i can watch so many shows. I can get into just about anything if i have good company 🤷🏽‍♂️)

I only got into anime in the last year or so, and haven’t been able to get into One Piece at all (made two attempts so far!) so I can understand that. Before actually watching, I dismissed anime as not worth watching. My range is still pretty limited, though. And I love watching reactions to see what other people catch that I didn’t, or to see where it does/doesn’t hit others in the feels

@Toasted Toad - One Piece and Demon Slayer are only big anime shows that I just don't see why people like them so much, it got to the point I was doubting myself until I just cut my losses and realised they just aren't for me. I'd suggest Bleach, Attack on Titan, Fullmetal Brotherhood, Cowboy Bebop, Yu Yu Hakasho.

One piece was meh to me nothing special just many episodes. i watched like 350+ episode in a month so got tired of it but when i found out HOW MUCH of IOne piece is connected and that Oda the author has foreshadowed so many things i loved it. One piece seems simple to the outside but i would argue it is the most interconnected show in human history. Watch Ohara on youtube he is amazing at explaining. I now know that Oda sensei is one of the greatest authors in human history, but it will feel slow in the first 100+ episodes just watch a little at a time :)
