He acted then got hit in the nose. If she would got like that she would of done the same thing. First time you ever get in a fight and you get hit in the nose is a thing that even train fighters have trouble dealing with. He also in shock when his mom died. well i mean i think we referring to before all that. like i get him being in shock and all and if he was by himself i wouldnt blame him. but he got his lil sister to look after and aint no way he shud be letting shock be overcoming his instinct to protect her

My clear stance is.. he should have kept running with the sister. I happen to not accept him being hit in the nose crippled him as he appeared very conscious. Just shook from the hit. If folks think the hit to the nose literally disabled him. Cool.

I total agree he should of keep running but I beleive it was hard to leave his mother. If he had more experience then I would be down on him. I just feel the shock of your mom dieng and get hit in the nose. Then his sister dieing he probably felt things was hopeless. End of the day thats life. People can see the same thing and have different views. Still love the reaction overall. Hope nothing I said came off disrespectful. So agree to disagree. Can't wait for next bleach reaction. Also movie to react to Bullet train. Just a fun movie on netflix.

It's a anime original scene. The manga starts at him on the boat. At the end season go back and rewatch the scene I believe it was inserted there to expand on one of the major theme's of the arc. (I don't want to spoil what it is). I don't think the anime's writer included that scene for everyone to fight over Einars power lvl.

I agree with the fact that he should’ve ran. I just didn’t agree with the take that u guys said he wasn’t a fighter and that his sis did more than him. Cuz he did try he just got shut down. This was like an aot situation with Eren, Mikasa, and Carla(Eren’s mom). They didn’t want to leave Carla behind and they would’ve all died if it wasn’t for Hannes showing up.

One thing when watching Vinland is to understand this isn't shounen characters (but some broken characters like Thorkell), it's very close to real life people with in the fact that they are people living in year 990-1000ad. Einar was in shock, it's not that easy to just leave your loved one even if they tell you to run away. And trying to fight against actual Viking Warriors who in that current era in England people were afraid as they were demons over the sea invading their land. PS. Did Eren leave his mom willingly...no, Hannes had to drag his sorry ass out of there.
