Anime viewers are not ready for Painsaw Man. Word of advice folks. This author is well known for not following typical storytelling tropes and scenarios. So if you see somebody has a death flag or someone looks safe or someone seems like they have a certain task they are meant for, odds are you are wrong. So a a rule just assume every theory you come up with is wrong.

It does ruin the surprise. For example. AdorkableNerd thinks people gonna saved. Folks keep building an expectation of horror. You guided thinking literally with knowledge you have of the manga. What surprise? What I mentioned was that this show is crazy and unpredictable. Which was made pretty damn obvious last episode. In fact it's been unpredictable and surprisingly emotional since the beginning. What I said was hype, not spoilers. And honestly the show hyped it better than I did these past few episodes. Which is why I was confortable posting the obvious.

First off I am only about at the end of the current arc so I am not that far ahead to know too much. And secondly I am saying this stuff due to reading Fire Punch, Fujimoto's previous work. Which is why I did not post any spoilers, because I have none to post. You assuming I was breaking any surprise simply because I was mentioning the type of stuff Fujimoto does, and not necessarily what will happen in Chainsaw Man, is annoying af. I specifically worded my response to not talk about any details that were not already present in the story. I was merely using the details of Fujimoto's Fire Punch, which ended back in 2018, to talk about this current work. No different than say talking about movie directors using similar styles in their works, like Quentin Tarantino.

" These types of comments hinder the reactions and dont allow somone to think what they want even if YOU think it is stupid which it might be. it is their first time watching and they have the right to have some stupid ideas. it makes for good discussion and a better reaction when they find out they are wrong rather than them just sitting in silcnce and doing barely to none brainstorming when u make them feel as if they are completely wrong

I never said I didn't want them to theorize. For one they wouldn't listen to me anyway but more importantly I like the theories they come up with. In fact I am sure the theories about what happens next in this show will be crazy. What I meant is if the rest of Chainsaw Man is anything like Fire Punch or Fujimoto's other works it will go in directions that are entirely unpredictable. Fire Punch went against established tropes and storytelling devices typical of many manga and from what I've seen so far Chainsaw Man is like Fire Punch on meth. Like in most other anime or manga a character like Himeno would have definitely not been killed so soon or as brutally.

Damn YBRL making sad scene funny ..."Gone...the RAPTURE!" why say that :D. BUT damn author of this story really knows how to make shit serious fast, they gave us the squad and in couple episodes wiped them out...Makima is only character I really doubt is dead, as she has some kind of contract with a devil. Maybe unable to be killed unless the gun devil dies.

Nah, plot wise there really wasn't much development around anything in the first half. The second half picked things back up with all the gun devil related shootings but other than that the others were all around more entertaining throughout the whole episode. Next episode is definitely gonna be 🔥🔥🔥

Might have to check that out next, sounds cool. Also I might have gone overboard in my description but the general message of my comment was basically "Shit will go even more crazy". I wasn't giving out specific examples since I'm not even that far into Chainsaw Man and don't know much more than anyone else here. I only mentioned the thing about death flags specifically because of what happened this episode. Everything I talked about had examples that have already happened in the show so far. I just never understand how comments about shows that contain no spoilers can affect how people view a show since I never let that stuff affect me. Spoilers sure since I hate when people overtly hint at specific characters, like if someone said something like "Himeno has death flags written all over her". I always make sure never to include anything that has not already happened in a show.

Now this episode is confirming my theory last episode more and more. Gun Devil was fighting Pochita before Denji saw Pochita the 1st time and heals him. And Pochita seriously bodied Gun Devil during that period. Pochita’s wound appears to be Gunshot wounds. Gun Devil wants Denji’s heart. What’s Denji’s heart now? Pochita. Denji’s heart is Pochita. Gun Devil wants Pochita. Gun Devil is scared of Pochita and now Denji, because Pochita lives in Denji.

Mine is simple if you’re confirming or guiding the figure expectations of a show with manga information ahead of the anime you’re spoiling. Even if you used examples that already have occurred. You also confirmed we should expect them to be reoccurring. It’s very subtle. It’s almost am unavoidable for me. But it’s there fam. No hate. Just sharing my view
