I’m sorry, but even if Woo entered the firm with connections, gets “special” treatment cause she has autism, who wouldn’t want someone like that on their team? She was the top of the class in college. And I get where Kwon is coming from with how she entered the firm 6 months after, but Woo is in your damn team and she’s helping you win cases! Does he prefer the firm to lose the cases instead?! Nah, I get where he’s coming from but he’s just jealous, salty and petty that even having a disability, Woo is winning. Oh, yes, their contract is a one-year one and apparently only one of them will stay there. Thanks! But I think my point still stands cause the firm also needs to win their cases and sabotaging Woo makes her look bad, but also makes the firm look bad. There are other ways to compete but he's desperate and mad.

Yea. Thats cool. Just explaining why Kwon is desperate especially if he thinks it’s “unfair” Becher that detail is important to understanding his position. Other than that it’s fine to still disagree and maintain your point. Sometimes whats best for a team isn’t best for the individual and he’s focused on himself

i have watched a lot of reactors for this show and yall are the only ones to make me realize that even though attorney kwon is an asshole, he is treating attorney woo like an equal lol. he's probably the only character in the show that does this.

He is also going after Woo because he is not guaranteed a job after the end of the year review. Hanbada could possibly only keep one lawyer on full time, so if he thinks the CEO and Woo's father are super tight he could be freaking the fuck out because of job security.

That is very true . He’s also technically correct attorney woo is to a degree getting preferential treatment than others. Even though there’s key information /things he’s missing. That being said he is on a technicality correct that she is getting preferential treatment. I just hate that he’s being very whiney/ a complete jerk about it.

Although I can't stand Kwon, I liked the line "Woo Young-Woo is the strong" and the passion he delivered it with. At least he recognizes her as the extraordinary lawyer she is – a lot of people still look down on her.

I agree. The only reason why I said preferential treatment is because I couldn’t find the right word to describe and define the way in which woo young woo is being treated in the eyes of attorney kwon that he finds unfair in the workplace. But advantage works better in my opinion too. Lol 😅

But that's the thing, she has an innate disadvantage. There is no way all those other lawfirms wouldn't have accepted her with her top grades if she didn't have autism. So doesn't that cancel out the advantage in a way? It's only fair that she got the job. Idk

Everytime you guys watch Woo you guys have a big smile on your faces 😁. It's contagious. Now, I watched other reactions to Woo and at this point in the season only a small amount of reactors see both sides when it comes to Attorney Woo vs Attorney Kwon. I think you guys can see both sides. Attorney Kwon is a little bit of a hater but I think you guys are mistaking some of that hate for desperation. I side with Woo. Who wouldn't? She is so cute and smart. But at the same time, Attorney Kwon is not entirely wrong. He is right in his own way. He makes some good points. It is a competition. He was making good points when he said they all went through the interview, the orientation, and workshops and Attorney Woo didn't go through any of that because she got the job through her connections. It is unfair from his POV. But at the same time, no one would give her a fair shot because of her autism. It's complicated and there is good arguments on both sides.

I agree that Woo is getting preferential treatment. I don't know if you guys notice but I think her boss only tells Woo that she does a good job and not the others. He has told her multiple times that she does a good job or good work and I don't think I ever heard him say it to the others. Plus, Woo got the job because of her connections. It is a little unfair because what about the person who would have gotten that position if it wasn't for Woo benefitting from nepotism. I'm still on Woo's side but Attorney Kwon makes some good points.

Good point. From Attorney Kwon's POV, Woo is killing it at work, got the job because of her connections, her father knows the CEO, everyone is head of heels about her. I would be freaking out to.

The thing that kills Kwon’s character for me is he does discriminate against her. He used her autism and called her disabled and handicapped with a negative connotation while talking to their client when they were on the same case. Also, all of them use connections including him but it’s only bad when attorney woo does it. Honestly, I wouldn’t dislike him so much if it was just the tactics like not telling her about the case.

Kwon is complex. I think he’s closer to being a Jerk than anything else but it’s definitely grey enough where i think your opinion is reasonable.
