It's not a huge deal, but just to confirm your understanding between the secret police and WISE towards the middle of the episode. You were pretty much correct. The secret police is Ostania's counter intelligence, so like you said, they're this country's FBI (well more like KGB really), so they're hunting WISE (basically the equivalent of the CIA) agents who are spies from Westalis. But they both have the same goal here of stopping a terror incident that would ignite a war, hence how they're sort of on the same side. The Foreign Minister of Westalis is visiting Ostania and he's secretly guarded by WISE but publicly by the secret police at the same time.

I know that it's shitty, but I kind of want to see what happens to Anya if Loid really dies and if there's another timeline. From what I see in this episode, it looks like Yor is still keeping her and becomes a single mother with both of them sad and depressed. Maybe Yor will train Anya to become an assassin like her and Anya will get revenge for Loid's death and pursue a dark path. Damn, it's crazy that the possibility is endless with this show.

That’s not true at all. The future shown was one where Anya failed to act, not when her actions prompted a change. After all, what was it she did that could have prompted that bomb plot? The timeline got knocked off course when the bombers put in place their plan and when Loid got called in to assist. Borf has a limited range.

Actually Wadi Syed was right about Anya changing the future that causes Loid to die. She's not supposed to appear at the Terrorist place in the 1st place. She's there because she saw the Dog's vision and follows. That causes the change in future. If they didn't chase after her, they won't trigger the whole team's captured. And the leader won't set the bomb trap to explode at the apartment.
