I’d say Nazuna is interested in Kou, but not enough to warrant it as love. She finds him interesting, and his blood taste good. But I think for Kou to actually falls in love with Nazuna, she’s gonna have to fall in love with him too. Love works both way. They’re talking about making an offspring. Thus if she’s not in love, at least in love enough to be in a long term relationship with him, I don’t think she can turn him too. I really don’t think it’s going to be one sided in such relationships.

I feel that at least they have to be interested in the guy/girl they're converting? It'll not be making sense that I only have to fall in love with the one who's going to suck my blood and I'll get turn into a vampire, while she hated me with all her gut and her intentions was to actually suck me dry and kill me.

Love can be one sided though but for longevity sake the story will bend more towards love on both sides or the introduction of a character that would lead Nazuna down a path towards more than just "interested".

You forgot the vampire girl who turned down that one dude when it was raining. I think she has to find the guy somewhat appealing in order for the offspring to even be an option. (this was after finishing episode 7 haven't seen this episode yet sorry lol)
