This mini arc completed. If you’re already hyped Lee, get ready to be overwhelmed with the next major arc. After watching this reactions, I have 3 points to add: 1. I feel that this season wasn’t as talked about like My Dress up Darling and Spy x Family is because the fan-based has already been established. People who are at season 4 are those who loved Danmachi since season one. And those who don’t like it, will not like it no matter what, so those who gets hyped for this season are those who already supports this anime. 2. When Haruhime was about to read the grimoire and Aisha backs up, it’s not because Aisha is afraid of what may happen, she’s backing up because whoever reads the grimoire will get it’s enchantment and she wants to make sure she doesn’t steals the enchantment from Haruhime in case she accidentally reads it from her position. 3. Lastly, the reason Bell calls out to Lili during that Hero Entry scene is because Lili is the strategist of the team, thus she will not be fighting and is always at a clear headed position to make her call to give out instructions once she knows what Bell has in mind. He knew she’ll get what he’s about to do and gave the right instructions quickly before he reaches. If he calls out the rest of the team, they are fighting and may not be able to catch what he wants in time to react. Thus it’s easier to hear an instruction and reacts, rather than think about what he wants then reacts. Of course what Adorkable said it part of the reason too. He heard her cries about not leaving anyone reverberated through the tunnel and calls out to her to reassure her.

Yeah, this has been established since season two before the Apollo fight, after Bell levelled up. It’s said that he can’t keep up with the levelling up, thus he lost to that Apollo guy the 1st time. But after training with Aiz and Tione, his body and mind caught up with the levelling up, thus he mopped the same guy in the War-game without levelling up. But this is the episode where it was very clearly explained. In that season, it was touch and go, thus not many casual viewers caught the catching up body-and-soul thing on the levelling system.

I love danmachi so much man. Something about it is just special to me. Even though it has its rare downs it still has so many more ups to it. Yea I am disappointed that people aren't tuning in like they should be but it is still getting plenty of love in my opinion. Those people who haven't caught up to this season are missing out big time. If this keeps up I am putting this season over the very first season and the first season I absolutely love. I got so many vibes from this fight when comparing it to the first real fight bell had when he killed the minotaur. It brought those same exact vibes back. I am still so disappointed that roshi hasn't officially started their reactions to it cause I think they would love it as well but I understand its multiple seasons and Fall is going to be jam packed but I still wish they would have squeezed it in. He mentioned in a comment it would probably start the beginning of next year and its so long away from now lol

The first thing I thought of when you mentioned the eating to grow was something like tokyo ghoul and I know a couple of other shows but it like one of those "its on the tip of my tongue" moments where I keep drawing a blank. IWas waiting to binge several episodes and when a trusted source said episode 6 I knew at least 3 reactions to watch with my recent diagnosis of covid clearly the only thing I have to look forward to but my dreams were crushed only 2 episodes I hope you know you'd created a Joaquin Phoenix Joker enemy for life for this betrayal So like this was clearly a bad joke but as if to karma me my cat literally just kicked me in the groin uneccessarily for it cats are the real assholes oh I really did get Covid tho for me personally not so bad feels like the flu sorry for those who lost loved ones

I was really, really happy to see Director's PASSIONATE ENJOYMENT of this Danmachi going into the pre-discusison knowing that Episode 5 was going to live up to those expectations! "The anime community" has an ADHD short term memory problem that glorifies the hot new trends and don't know how to put down that RESPECT where it's deserved!!! Case in point, there's real people out there disrespecting Goku with tweets like 'red roc is more iconic than kamehameha' https://twitter.com/doffyglasses/status/1545598696061931520 I'm glad you guys are watching Bleach now too because now you can finally see why Bleach completes the "Big 3" together with One Piece and Naruto. They set the bar really fucking high for new "modern" shonen anime. Anyways, disrespecting fools aside, glad to have you hear with us after 4 seasons Overlord, Danmachi, you guys are real fans. Date A Live season 4 hits as good or better too if you ever make it. Getting on to the episode itself, during the episode, I love how were really digging into that tension when the injured adventurers stepped up to the plate and how you guys really thought through the reasonable decision Lili had to make. But in the end she knew what she had to do as BELL's SUPPORTER, and of course the MAN comes through to make it happen! It's been a long time since season 1 episode 1, but you compare that Bell to the one you have here and it's a whole 'nother world! You can't make a journey full of GROWTH over time and make it happen in a show that is only 12 episodes be MEANINGFUL as one that can do it over time. Argonaut is ALWAYS generating, as long as Bell is in combat continuously. Taking a hit resets it tho sadly, so he has to release it before taking a hit, or block/evade that shit so it doesn't reset.

Hello, please let Adorkable see this message if she doesn't check Patreon comments. ---------------------------------------------------- Adorkable asked "Why doesn't she use her gravity spell!?!?!?!" and was very upset that Mikoto wasn't doing anything about it. Well, I'm upset too, because the previous seasons dropped the ball on the explanation. At this point in the BOOKS, you are ALREADY supposed to understand it is a HORRIBLE idea for her to try to use her spell but the anime DIDN'T REVEAL because they screwed up. Adorkable had a very reasonable reaction with the limited information available to her, but there's more to it than that. Here's an explanation using scenes that you HAVE seen from the anime. In Season 2 of the anime, Mikoto fought an Amazon girl named Samira one on one and was getting completely beat up during the whole fight. She cast her gravity magic and her incantation was INTERRUPTED, so the gravity magic was not cast, and she exploded instead taking out herself, her opponent and a bunch of other Amazons nearby. Bell's spell has a SUPER SHORT incantation "Fire Bolt" so he is able to use the spell while fighting and its "basically" impossible to interrupt him. If Mikoto tried to use the gravity magic here and made a single mistake, she would blow up all of her friends with her making the situation EVEN WORSE. ---------------------------------------------------- If you guys watched the Danmachi Sword Oratoria anime, (Ais's show) you would have had some extra sauce at least - Everybody who has a spell literally has to say EVERY SINGLE WORD every time they want to use the spell. People who can recite their magic incantation WHILE MOVING AT ALL are the cream of the crop, and people who can actually FIGHT while reciting their incantation are SUPER OP. If you paid attention during previous seasons, you may have noticed some people who were able to do this...

Argo Vesta translates to "Perpetual Golden Flame." Bell just turned his Aimed spell (Fire Bolt) into a Channeled spell. Nice. Is Rock D Lee thinking of the Orc Lord from Slime? The Unique Skill "Starved" lets them cannibalize to evolve and heal.
