I'm surprised Naoto had the guts to say something.

PAPAYA

its better to just think all school anime is in college so that it's easier to enjoy the PLOT and usually makes no difference story wise

Lmao FLAT pizza. Totally agree, it's a pretty big deal how Nagatoro met him halfway! I don't know if you saw it, but Yoshi was also clearly uncomfortable with the boys, so Sakura said yes in order to bail her friend out!

Kyle

there is nothing better than college based anime

I like that Nagatoro noticed Yoshi wanted to mess with Senpai's hair at 30:52, and then they show her just casually pushing Yoshi away from him at 31:00

Lee was actually right the 1st time about the boy’s sexual harassment. The guy beside Nagatoro puts his arm over her shoulder without her permission and that action by itself is enough to be considered sexual harassment. The boy is not even close enough to be doing that. You don’t put your hands over a girl’s shoulder when you’ve only met her twice or three times at most. If it’s senpai, he can do that to Nagatoro without being considered as sexual harassment. And I especially love that scene where Nagatoro just stood up and smiling so sweetly at senpai for being brave to asking her going home with him. And importantly, this episode we are finally seeing senpai man up with his acts. He has so many redeemable actions in this episode that we felt so happy for his growth since episode 1.

It’s a running joke is all it is before this conversation gets too serious. People don’t know or understand when we are joking is all. I believe CJ knows the jokes.

No... contact does not mean sexual harassment. Sorry but contact is normal for social animals. Today society is fucked up because people are becoming more and more sensitive over nothing. (I blame victim mentality culture.)

John Ng

I think you're coming from the guy's point of view. To the guy it's not sexual harassment, but ask a girl how she felt about this. Unless she's a whore or a bitch who has no moral compass, most girls will likely tell you what that guy did is considered sexual harassment. You saw how Nagatoro pulled his arms off her and pushed him away. In a normal situation, when a girl does that, it meant that she felt sexually harassed. In most situations the girls will not say anything but that doesn't mean they think nothing of it.

I got made fun of in high school await I mean college because I took home-ec me personally it was because of all the girls in the class and learning how to cook but my friends looked at it in a different way until they came in and saw all the girls in the class and the next thing I know my friend started joining home-ec too. Side note Marin has and official action figure out now here is a link to it to it hopefully that also means that the 2nd season is coming out soon https://animecorner.me/marin-kitagawa-gets-official-figure-by-aniplex/amp/

I agree with Jerid on this. When I envision sexual harassment, its many times worse than this. I can't draw a definitive line because it changes depending on who you ask (the reason we have judges), but it sounds like your definition is anything that makes a girl uncomfortable which is unreasonable.

I read this news once many years ago: A woman sued her supervisor at work for sexual harassment. The things he did isn't feeling her up by touching her boobs or ass. The things he did was putting his hands on her waist, back and shoulder, things that guys thought are friends gestures, while talking to her during work. Although the guy didn't get any jail time, he was slap with fine and a restriction order to be anywhere close to her. It's because I've read it before hence I said by putting his arms over her shoulder can be considered as sexual harassment as it's acknowledged in the eyes of the law.

GastricSalmon36

"Although the law doesn't prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or isolated incidents that are not very serious, harassment is illegal when it is so frequent or severe that it creates a hostile or offensive work environment or when it results in an adverse employment decision (such as the victim being fired or demoted)." "But in actual courts, such cases filed by workers against their employers are very often dismissed by judges. The standard for harassment under the law is high, and only an estimated 3 percent to 6 percent of the cases ever make it to trial." I very much doubt any reasonable person would consider a hand over the shoulder "severe." Their might be a case where the perpetrator would be found guilty every once in a blue moon, but that's hardly the majority. For every 1 found guilty, their are 99 others who are not. If your argument was that under the right judge, the "hand over the shoulder" guy would be found guilty, I'd agree. But you seem to be saying that it should be considered to be sexual harassment, especially sense you seem to be defending it on the personal level in your reply to Jerid, which isn't correct, at least according to the majority.
