This will contain information on Season 2 Episode 4. It’s a serious matter so I won’t let it marinate.

Just to be clear especially with a serious matter like this. Some of our discussions are like 20 minutes long. If you don’t listen to full discussion, you have to accept your missing information And I don’t repeat everything i say in every video. Skipping discussion is like skipping the dialogue of a show and being confused or upset that you don’t understand the plot.  In season 1 episode 8. 1hr 16 is the time stamp.

I said I didn’t believe the accusation on homelander. It came from the intelligence community (who I don’t trust). My thought was Billy was weaponized. Remember the same show said Becca was dead…and she wasn’t.  When i watch content, folks should know by now i often deviate and form my own idea or not trust the information from the characters.

In season 2 episode 2. I’m still operating that becca and Homelander was consensual. In season 2 episode 4. Becca tells Butcher she was R’d. I go “oh” ….nooooow I believe the story coming from Beccas mouth.

I didn’t Trust Billy, Vought, or Mallory. These are all people with agendas.

Now that I have Beccas story obviously my opinion would be different.

Yeah that certain topic is a dangerous rabbit hole. But it’s cool you dealt with it now we can move on and enjoy this 🔥 content

It bothers me how much others can’t handle a differing opinion or even give people time to alter them.

Yaboyrocklee

Lol. Folks said to stop censoring ourselves, now folks can see why. This wasn’t even an attempt at at controversial opinion. I was just operating with a different set of information

Dirty_Oldman

It’s was a wrong opinion. We are dealing with a bunch of people who are shady and will do anything to further their agenda. However, in season 1 episode 8 you did say something that I was thought was off the mark.

Random58

Yeah I’m ngl I know y’all lose a little money when it happens but there’s no comment that makes me happier than, “U don’t agree with me, I’m unsubscribing” bc those are the last type of people I want to interact with.

Dirty_Oldman

When you were saying Becca might have cheated and got pregnant. It’s a good conclusion but felt like you leaned to hard that way instead of being in the middle. I know just because you can’t trust the characters. Idk if that’s what other people were taking issue with or not.

Dirty_Oldman

I loved the discussion though, it’s tricky subject so best to always just seem like you don’t lean either way.

Sonicluis

When I watch the show I was operating under homelander was innocent until proven,Guilty. Now that he was proven to be guilty it’s fair game to shit on him.

Yaboyrocklee

Honestly i agree, that was an authentic discussion and my feelings were. Puts me in a position of making it seem i am in the middle when I’m really not? I often do operate from the middle this time i was really really sus and let loose. It’s just delicate position. One I’ve already learned from.

Dirty_Oldman

That’s why I like the discussion because you all bring something different. We get a lot of different view points. Especially when Adorkable gets in on it. Some topics are just difficult. Much love fam

Molokolulush

Don't think it's a big deal. Nothing was revealed and that was your speculation. At least one of you (Adorkable) believed what happened to her so it's not like everyone jumped to one conclusion. I'm fine with working on the information present. My only issue is if in the discussion after the genuine reaction, nobody acknowledges the other perspective when all the information has been presented but that rarely happens so it's all good

Grelk

Yeah some people didn’t believe she was raped at first either so its not really something for people to get super angry at you for specifically

Yaboyrocklee

Thanks. Also have a timer. So if we go too long on a particular topic. We may not get to acknowledgeing more perspectives. Only so we can watch enough videos. Usually if an end discussion is really really long. Its either just me and Directornasty covering it oooor it was the last video of the day at the quota was already met

Yesssss. He was incarcerated right? A private investigator Recorded the girl admitting that she lied. He had HIGH NFL prospects right for the Rams? If so. That’s the story that stuck with me hence my original stance. People lie and ruin lives. Men and women lie.

When I first watched the show, I assumed the situation wasn't consensual given Homelander's manipulative, aggressive personality. Some would argue it could never be consensual given the power dynamic between Becca and Homelander. (I do NOT take this position). I give Homelander no benefit of the doubt in all situations unless the show tells me otherwise. He's just a character I give no passes for being seen in a good light like Joker in Batman after all of the lies told and innocent lives lost. With that being said, I appreciate the diversity of opinion and different perspectives. Some folks like to jump to conclusions and assume others are thinking on their same wavelength when they're not and then get offended. That's just a ridiculous way of being in my opinion.

Yaboyrocklee

Facts. To a point you added with the power dynamic. I was thinking Becca sought to advance her career. I’ve since abandoned that thinking. It’s within Homelander character for Grape. I was looking for a twist in the story. Something unexpected. But yea thanks for understanding

Nate D.

yup, shawn oakman baylor defensive lineman, he went from estimated early first round pick to arrested, undrafted, sent to jail, proven innocent, never being able to make it back to the NFL, currently playing for the canadian football league,

Yuuuup. That’s the other lesson a lot of us have been influenced by various stories, lessons, information. It’s going to impact how you perceive these things
