I see, I don't mind if it's you and director only though since it's kinda hard to squeeze adorkable in it if she's packed. The Reanimated guys are full boys but their reactions is still a blast. That's just me though but I think you and director is good enough.

I don't think this is a love story as much as it is a story about love (or learning about love). But I guess the principle would still apply. But I would still be interested in seeing how you and DNasty react to this show with out female influence. I would have no problems watching this show again to see your reactions to it, for science.

I agree that it's less a love story and more about love in all its forms, from the love between siblings, love between friends, unrequited love etc. Violet Evergardens best episodes however deal with parental love; and one of those episodes is widely regarded as the best episode of anime ever created. It's one of the reasons the show is so highly regarded, and I'm actually more interested in Lee's perspective on the show as a father then having a female on the reaction because of the love story part

I also wouldn't quite cosign that it's a love story. I think people who have more experience in life will enjoy this more than those that are inexperienced because they might be able to relate to it more.

violet is a good anime. it can be a tad slow at times but its heartfelt and its also a complete story with the movie that came out last year, which is nice(so many half done anime out there)
