I don't know how you got the idea that the father was cool. His wife left him 7 years ago. He won't sign the divorce papers. He doesn't have a real job that's why he's so cheap on gifts. He also didn't really care about how he's son was feeling. To just give up and say its hard because of your own issues an not push pass it for your son. Remember it was his sister that ended up helping him. Like pres said why wasn't he out looking for a job. when his son works all that time.
