You've likely already noticed, but shows like Komi and My Dress Up Darling can have a lot of similarities to each other and other rom/coms, taking inspirations from series like Kaguya-sama (that came out in 2015), which gets referenced a LOT. Though, cool enough, Kaguya-sama likes to throw in references from a lot of series outside of the rom/com genre that also came before it

There is lot of pun were missed by anime viewers because how fast the scenes roll For example in this episode in the results of tadano he go exactly average in all sub you can rewatch it His name implies just a random average person and he got exactly average score

Yeah this show while still great definitely has a lot of humor that is gonna go over peoples heads without more Japanese references, or because how much text is on screen. Like everyone’s name is a pun in this show, the library girl with the fan was supposed to be a pun name for gorilla. It’s also why I think people shitting on the Netflix subs are overreacting, cause half the time the stuff they didn’t translate in that version goes by so fast the average viewer would probably have to pause just to read it all lol, not that it excuses how much didn’t get translated in that version

My natural personality would be more like Komi. Very introverted and keep to myself but through exposure and experienced living in a boarding school where I was forced to communicate and mingle to survive, I've learned how to interact with other people but mostly with people I know. I don't like to be the one to initiate, I'd rather someone initiate but I'll be able to hold my own in a conversation.

Comparisons are bound to happen in every form of media. It's impossible not to compare things because there isn't anything that is 100% original in this world. Never understood people who get upset about it. I guess maybe people see comparing things as somehow dragging their show or making their show seem "less original" or "idea stealing" because of the comparison. If so, that's purely a narrative created within their own heads.. Idk. Seems weird to me.

Yeah, his voice is fine. I think the majority of people don't like their own voices when they hear their voices 3rd party & not reverberating through their own skulls. At least that's how it's been with me and other people around me who've heard their voices lol.

I mean JJK copied from a lot of things but every series these days does. It is pretty obvious the main villain in JJK with the hands was inspired from shigaraki in MHA.
