Shirogane looking up what “obvious” means at the start of the episode makes absolutely no sense, and across the board this scene has had a pretty nonsensical translation. https://youtu.be/doeuucXiLg8 This is a pretty interesting video going into what’s supposed to be happening in that exchange and where it went wrong. I don’t envy translators lol

Lee mentioning how Kaguya looking extra fire this episode due to the scene being viewed through Prez's eye's? Absolutely spot on shit, really fun to see people grasping directing and narrative techniques like that! That specific technique is used often and everywhere not just in anime, some times more noticeable and other times subtle

Btw there's 1 episode of OVA and a 10 minute season 3 teaser trailer(it's a trailer but it's literally a new short story adapted form the manga) and they're both worth watching imo, please consider watching them after season 2.

That might be the intent of this particular version, but it’s very far off from what’s actually happening and it doesn’t make sense. It doesn’t explain at all why the word obvious would immediately bring up the train routes in his search bar I’d recommend giving that video a listen, it’s got some interesting stuff on the scene and translation in general
