As far as I know when you "roll on something" the DM (secretly) determines how hard that thing would be (the harder, the higher roll you have to make)...so you roll D20, whatever you rolled + whatever bonuses you have = what you got, if it higher than needed = you did it, if it lower = you failed. if you got nat20 = something awesome happens if you got nat 1 = you failed spectacularely

i think my favorite thing about goblin slayer is that the mc isnt op at all. hes basically a regular guy who REALLY hates goblins. the only reason hes survived so long is because he prepares.

Fyi the author doesn't do names. They officially refer to the characters as Goblin Slayer, Cow Girl, Priestess, Guild Girl, High Elf Archer, Dwarf Shaman, Lizard Priest, Witch, Spearman etc..

Cool little fact, Priestess Girl used 4 spells this episode. Episode 1 said she can only use 3. The fourth one (when she reinforced the protection with a second incantation) was possible, because she sacrificed some of her lifespan for it. She will live a couple years less, because of that fourth spell.

The elf is a loli? Isn't she a bit tall to be a loli? I sometimes wonder if just being flat chested makes a girl a loli in the eyes of society, and I feel sorry for petite full grown women in the real world. If the girl is over 20 she is deserving of intimate love, no matter her size.

I actually don’t know if she’s supposed to be a loli, I happened to like her and notice has an older face. So if you’re telling me, she’s not meant to be a loli. That’s dope. I never considered Hestia a loli but the show and community did

Sorry, I may have been a bit harsh there. I don't know if she is meant to be a loli or not, I just tend to get agitated at the over use of the term and how Twitter uses it to demonize anime lovers. I know you didn't mean it in a bad way.

There is a mechanic in the older D&D rule system where weapons become "muddled" and unable to cut well when they get covered in fatty tissue and viscera while in a prolonged battle with monsters. It is why GS changes every so often, I think.

I don't know why you are hung up on they elf girl liking him. What she mean is what she meant nothing else. She just wanted to take him on an adventure that was fun and not so blood filled. This was really stressful for her because of how close her village was an that elf being someone she may have known,. Thats the kind of adventure she didn't want.

Loli is determined solely by height + facial structure (Hestia has a babyface, so she's a loli cuz of being a manlet in addition to this factor). After all, Oppai Loli is an entire tag of its own, for obvious reasons
