About the upper moon level thing ... Daki is just saying Nezuko's ability to regenerate is as fast as Upper moons. Doesn't mean Nezuko is as powerful as an actual Upper rank demon.

Episode 12: Uzui's Wife, That Crying Girl Suma is absolutely adorable, how she behaved and her voice charmed me Episode 13: Tanjiro and Nezuko were incredible, the Kamado family showed what they are made of in this episode.

Regarding what y’all think about the man in the flashback I just want y’all to think about how old Muzan is. Also I’m not sure if they are gonna explain this but in the manga they explain the limitations of humans and demons during this part of the fight

This I bet the first time in demon slayer history a Upper Moon aka Nezuko with demon blood teaming up with an further hashira aka Tanjiro. They are a badass duo Lets say this Tanjiro father must of had the bloodline that can beat demons. Tanjiro is like 3/4 blood just say and it boiled over and pushed passed his limits

@Matthew B that's not his father for multiple reasons, aside from what I just said. Nothing ever showed his father was a Demon Slayer. Tanjiro explicitly said they have the records to prove they were coal burners for generations. If his father was a Demon Slayer who fought and almost killed Muzan (episode 8), his name would've been known by literally everyone, and by extension everyone would know Tanjiro is related to him.

@Matthew B It's totally not his dad, it's his family bloodline from his father that had the sun breathing. We just don't know how far it goes as Muzan has lived for centuries and that flashback shows him as younger, which would mean over 100 years ago so that would mean it's impossible for it to be Tanjiro's father. Most likely his great great great grandfather is hanafuda earring demon slayer.

Yeah this is the only thing I will keep repeating it's not Tanjiro's father in Muzan flashbacks to that hanafuda earring demon slayer. It's so simple to understand, but then every single time we see that flashback "It's Tanjiro's dad..." *face slap* :D

2022-01-12 14:52:17 For myself the most interesting and important part was in that snow scene with Nezuko&Tanjiro's little brother explaining that a person who only gets mad for others will lose themselves. There is possibility this story will build-up to Tanjiro vs Nezuko at some point.
