Chernobogs are among the top 1% of monster hierarchy, power wise (so think shit like Dragons, Higher Vampires or some other big shot nasties). Arguably worse since at least w/ Higher Vampires or Dragons (depending on personality for both types obviously) you can potentially survive it by coming to an understanding, since both are Sapient type monsters, but Chernobogs ain't rly that high tier (so think of something like a Lesser Vampire, or maybe some other medium tier monster with rudimentary self-awareness, but not true intellect like Higher Vampires or Dragons, or even the middle-ground Bruxas, technically a Lower Vampire but arguably some are close to the lower rungs of Higher Vampire classification) Like legit normally Geralt woulda been pepperoni, but since it's trying to get Ciri, it's not as full combat-mode as it'd normally be vs literally any non-Elder Blood ppl overall

Haven't watched the reaction yet. But I can't wait to see the boys reaction to Geralt pleading with Yen not to kidnap Ciri, just as she is about to walk through the portal. Are they going to give her a pass or say she's wrong for that lol. That was grimey

If I were to guess, Lara Dorren is probably the first elf warrior, she's probably the elf woman in Ciri's dream, the story told by those in that bookstore is exactly like Ciri's dream, so Lara Dorren is the elf woman in Ciri's dream. But is Ciri the 10th generation? Because I know they mentioned in the series that Ciri's ability jumped a generation, Queen Calanthe said that she jumped over her generation this power, but her daughter had this ability, and now Ciri has this ability too, so I wonder what generation, is Ciri, what number is Ciri.

To me Ciris story is very much about nature or nurture. Yes she might be a weapon by birth, but who will end up having influence on her morals, ethics and who will support her and who will try to take advantage of her powers?
