yeah....screwed up the order my bad.  we actually watch 631 before watching 630 lol...Also folks think we are watching the previews because i leave it running in the edit...There is a difference between what you see and what I see...in my actual watch...I paused the show.  it's just an extra step to stop all 3 at the previews and I just didn't want to do that although i used to...in recent reactions, i screen-record Funimation and will be using that within the next 2-3 uploads.

guys be wary of terrible pacing in this arc even though it does still have its moments. Just try to power through and remember how much you love one piece up to this point lol. The pacing gets much better after dressrosa.

Can't wait for the never ending conversation in the comments about pacing during this arc lol. Oh wait its already started.. What a surprise. It will be fine if you're watching 3 at a time. The sword shusui belonged to Ryuma, he was already dead and turned into a zombie by Moria and Hogback. Brook's shadow was inside of Ryuma's dead body.

When a person with a devil fruit dies, the devil fruit will regenerate or randomly appear in the world somewhere. Doflamingo was able to use his power/resources/connections to get his hands on the flare-flare fruit.

And not to go down the rabbit-hole of theories. But the most notable (simple) "theory" of how Blackbeard got Whitebeard's power is: before the devil fruit inside of Whitebeard disappeared, Blackbeard used his darkness-darkness fruit abilities to seize the quake-quake fruit and absorb it into his body. I will just leave it at that because going into how Blackbeard can hold two devil fruits in his body or other theories of how he got the quake-quake fruit is too much to go into. In my opinion, I think it's best to enjoy the series and catch up first, before going back and to look at theories or foreshadowing that people miss the first time reading/watching One Piece. Let me tell you, even for someone who is quite analytical and I was also younger, everyone misses a ton of stuff or just forgets, but then gets their minds blown that Oda mentioned "this" or "that" so early on in the series.

One of the only one piece characters i can't stand he is just gross and annoying and i can't stand his voice or laugh or any of it. Still a great arc though just not my favorite character

Yeah watching (edit or reading) week to week really amplifies pacing problems so much so that whatever the most recent arc is generally feels way more dragged out then if you binge it after release.

When a Devil Fruit user dies their power is transferred into another fruit somewhere in the world. Now I'm not sure how long the process takes or how far away the power will travel to, but the fruit visibly transforms once it happens. You saw this happen earlier when "Smiley" ate the candy Cesar set out for it and died, transforming into that gas which coated its victims with a hard shell of poison. I don't know how DoFlamingo got his hands on Ace's fruit or even how he knew it was his, but it's unlikely that it manifested at Marineford or else the Navy would surely have given it to one of their own, both as a powerful weapon against pirates as well as to further cement their "victory".

I honestly love gladiator/tournament parts of anime🤩! I won't hold "you not liking it" against you, don't worry. Maybe this arc will change your mind.... maybe not, we'll see. Just enjoy the ride and tune out the negative people 😊.
