Haven't watched your reaction yet, just wanna inform you in the light novel the girl they just saved did not get graped. In fact, she was drugged so much that she looked like that. Obviously, the anime adaption made it look like she got graped(hopefully you know what I am implying when I mean graped.).

Nah Lee, in most households, usually the younger ones will get the favor from the parents compared to the older ones. So what Makoto did with Rinon and Tomoe is literally the same in real-world, lol

Just saying about the part when you didn't like when Makoto giving up the Tomoe Meal and Bed to the little girl. The same thing happens in the real world. Just for the info though since the anime didn't explain it, Tomoe can survive for a long time without eating cause she's a dragon and she didn't need to sleep like human does.

Also not say that red head girl is a reincarnate as for anime you've seen that use the idea of reincarnating other people with different features is "spider" (the class) and cautious hero "the goddess" it's actually a theme used kinda commonly among isekai. As they're is another isekai airing this season using the same idea.
