The fact of the matter is, Rossiu's goal was always to save as many people as possible as surely as possible. He came up with a plan that would save everyone, but that was foiled. In response he came up with a plan that would save over a third of everyone. That was foiled. In response he came up with a plan that would save as many people as he could. That was foiled. He was unwilling to ever risk everyone on an all or nothing bet, which is all Simon and the rest know how to do. Against a different enemy, Rossiu would have been more right than anyone else. And he was the only one actively working against it having to come down to any of this anyway. But the situation was all or nothing from the start. And that's what Simon does. He's a field commander, a fighter, and above all else a digger. Not a general or head of state. He doesn't function well in any situation that doesn't involve getting his hands dirty or his knuckles bloody. And Rossiu, conversely, has no answers when push comes to shove and it's time to start throwing hands.

So as hard as that is to imagine using just the 2nd and 3rd dimension, it's crazy beyond comprehension for us 3 dimensional being to understand the 4th (Time) and upwards dimensions. Like imagine time is traversal, in every direction, at once... yeah what? So the anti spirals hiding out between dimensions is already so mind numbingly pain inducingly incomprehensible for a being that is bound to a dimension much lower, we have only one option left, and that's The TTGL way: Kick logic (ours) to the curb and do it anyway! (even if it doesn't make sense) Do the impossible, see the invisible Touch the untouchable, break the unbreakable Raw! Raw! Fight the power!
